 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A1.01 & E1.01. EXIT LIGHTS NOR EMERGENCY
 LIGHTING NOT SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS.
 SHEET E1 SHOWS BOTH THE EXIT LIGHTS AND EMERGENCY
 LIGHTING, HALL 102 & 106 DO NOT SHOW ANY EXIT
 DIRECTIONAL LIGHTS IN EITHER HALLWAY BETWEEN THE
 CORRIDOR DOORS.
 2014 FBC-B 1011.1 WHERE REQUIRED. EXITS AND EXIT ACCESS
 DOORS SHALL BE MARKED BY AN APPROVED EXIT SIGN READILY
 VISIBLE FROM ANY DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL. THE PATH
 OF EGRESS TRAVEL TO EXITS AND WITHIN EXITS SHALL BE
 MARKED BY READILY VISIBLE EXIT SIGNS TO CLEARLY
 INDICATE THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL IN CASES WHERE
 THE EXIT OR THE PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL IS NOT
 IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE TO THE OCCUPANTS. INTERVENING MEANS
 OF EGRESS DOORS WITHIN EXITS SHALL BE MARKED BY EXIT
 SIGNS.
  
 2) SHEET A1.01. SIGNAGE (TACTILE) AT REAR DOOR
 INDICATES THE SIGNAGE SHALL BE PLACED ADJACENT TO THE
 LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR 60 INCHES CENTERLINE A.F.F. NO
 MENTION OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BRAILLE SIGNAGE.
  
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 703.2 RAISED CHARACTERS.
 RAISED CHARACTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 703.2 AND SHALL BE
 DUPLICATED IN BRAILLE COMPLYING WITH 703.3. RAISED
 CHARACTERS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 703.4.
  
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 703.4.1 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND. TACTILE CHARACTERS ON SIGNS SHALL BE
 LOCATED 48 INCHES (1220 MM) MINIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE, MEASURED FROM THE BASELINE OF
 THE LOWEST TACTILE CHARACTER AND 60 INCHES (1525 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE,
 MEASURED FROM THE BASELINE OF THE HIGHEST TACTILE
 CHARACTER.
  
 3) THE SHEET A1.1 INDICATES THERE WILL BE A
 RECEPTIONIST BUT THERE IS NO DESK PLEASE NOTE
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE: 904.3.3
 CHECK WRITING SURFACES. WHERE PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.3.
 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
