 MOCK-UP WALL. THIS WALL TO BE REMOVED APPROXIMATELY
 AFTER 12 MONTHS OF COMPLETION. PLEASE CLARIFY 2 ITEMS
 PLEASE:
 1A) THE REMOVAL OF THE WALL AFTER 12 MONTHS OF
 COMPLETION OF THE OVERALL PROJECT OR THE COMPLETION OF
 THE MOCK UP WALL. 107.2.1.3.
  
 1B) THE PERMIT APPLIED FOR INDICATES THIS IS A
 STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT. THE 2ND CONCERN IS THERE GOING
 TO BE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING COVERING THIS STRUCTURE.
 THERE ARE NO ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS SHOWING THE
 ELEVATIONS AND WHAT THE FINISH PRODUCT IS TO LOOK LIKE.
 2014 FBC-B 1403.2 WEATHER PROTECTION. EXTERIOR WALLS
 SHALL PROVIDE THE BUILDING WITH A WEATHER-RESISTANT
 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE
 SHALL INCLUDE FLASHING, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1405.4.
 THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 CONSTRUCTED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PREVENT THE
 ACCUMULATION OF WATER WITHIN THE WALL ASSEMBLY BY
 PROVIDING A WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER BEHIND THE EXTERIOR
 VENEER, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1404.2, AND A MEANS FOR
 DRAINING WATER THAT ENTERS THE ASSEMBLY TO THE
 EXTERIOR. PROTECTION AGAINST CONDENSATION IN THE
 EXTERIOR WALL ASSEMBLY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 1405.3.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING.
 WIND PRESSURE FOR EACH COMPONENT OR CLADDING ELEMENT IS
 APPLIED AS FOLLOWS USINGCNET VALUES BASED ON THE
 EFFECTIVE WIND AREA, A, CONTAINED WITHIN THE ZONES IN
 AREAS OF DISCONTINUITY OF WIDTH AND/OR LENGTH ?A,? ?2A?
 OR ?4A? AT: CORNERS OF ROOFS AND WALLS; EDGE STRIPS FOR
 RIDGES, RAKES AND EAVES; OR FIELD AREAS ON WALLS OR
 ROOFS AS INDICATED IN FIGURES IN TABLES IN ASCE 7 AS
 REFERENCED IN TABLE 1609.6.2
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
