 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE
 OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT

 UNDER AN ELECTRONIC SEAL PER 61G15-23.005 PROCEDURES

 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND

 GUARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED WHERE APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT,

 19 RECOMMENDS THE USE OF 18 INCH DIAMETER AUGER CAST
 PILE ATTACHED TO GRADE BEAMS IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 THE BUILDING. SHEET 285_A120.7 IS THE NORTHWEST CORNER
 OF THE BUILDING THE FOUNDATION PLANS. IT APPEARS THE
 RECOMMENDATION OF THE SOILS ENGINEER WAS NOT TAKEN
 SINCE THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW AUGER-CAST PILE AND GRADE
 BEAMS. FOR THE LOADS TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE SPREAD
 FOUNDATIONS THE SOILS REPORT WILL NEED AN ADDENDUM
 PROVIDING WHAT THE MINIMUM SAFE BEARING VALUE WILL BE
 FOR THE SOIL PER SQUARE FOOT AND THE MINIMUM WIDTHS FOR
 THE VARIOUS FOUNDATIONS FOR THE GRAVITY LOADS TO BE
 RESISTED. FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOILS.
  
 7) THE SHEET 0285_S120.7 SHOWS A ELEVATION CHANGE IN
 THE FINISH FLOOR LEVELS BUT THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE AT
 WHAT ELEVATION EACH FLOOR LEVEL WILL BE. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 8) SHEET 0285_S120.7 DETAIL # 20 INDICATES THE EXISTING
 WALL AND FOUNDATION ARE GOING TO REQUIRE UNDER PINNING
 BUT THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW THE UNDER PINNING IS
 TO OCCUR. THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE DETAIL AS SHOWN DOES
 NOT HAVE THE MATERIALS USED FOR UNDER PINNING CENTERED
 ON THE FOUNDATION THAT WILL CREATE A ECCENTRIC LOADING
 ? HOW WILL THE SOILS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE
 UNDERPINNING BE STABILIZED TO NOT ALLOW CAVE INS DURING
 THE UNDERPINNING PROCESS? THE SOILS REPORT SECTION
 5.3.3 REFERS TO VARIOUS PROCESSES THAT COULD BE USED IN
 THIS TYPE SITUATION. FBC-B 3307.1 PROTECTION REQUIRED.
  
 9) SHEET 0285_S120.7 DETAIL #17 SHOWS A DETAIL OF THE
 DROPPED FLOOR SECTION BUT THE DETAIL DOES NOT INDICATE
 THE STAIRS AND TIERED SEATING. 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 10) SHEETS 0295_S124.7 THRU 0298_S125.8 EACH OF THE
 SHEETS INDICATE THEY ARE TO 1/8 INCH EQUALS A FOOT BUT
 THERE IS NO SCALE OR MEASUREMENTS ON THESE SHEETS TO BE
 ABLE TO SEE WHAT THE CENTER TO CENTER SPACING OF THE
 FRAMING MEMBERS ARE? THE SPACING OF THE FRAMING MEMBERS
 FOUND ON SHEET 0295_S124.7 BETWEEN GRID LINES 1.1 & 1.2
 AND BETWEEN 2 & 3 IS QUITE A BIT LARGER THAN FOUND ON
 THE OTHER FRAMING SHEETS. DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF ROOF
 DECK AND ROOFING MATERIAL SELECTED THE SPAN LIMITATION
 MAY BE MAXED OUT IN THE ROOFING DECK AS WELL AS THE
 ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT NORMALLY COMES IN AT A
 LATER DATE. 107. 2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
