 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE (3) A1.1 FLOOR PLANS WERE SUBMITTED ONLY
 ONE WAS SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 PLEASE NOTE ON THE OTHER TWO SHEETS ONE MECHANICAL
 SYSTEMS WAS DRAWN IN THE OTHER ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS WERE
 DRAWN IN. IF THIS IS NOT WORK COMPLETED BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD, THE AUTHOR OF THESE SHEETS ARE VIOLATING
 COPYRIGHT LAWS. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO ELECTRICAL NOR
 MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS SIGNED ON AS SUB-PERMITS. ONLY
 THE QUALIFIER FOR EACH OF THOUGHS COMPANIES ELECTRICAL
 & MECHANICAL CAN DEVELOP THEIR OWN PLAN UNDER THERE
 LICENSE. THEY WILL NEED TO PRINT THEIR NAME SIGN THEIR
 NAME AND PRINT THEIR LICENSE NUMBER ON THE DOCUMENT
 THEY CREATED. THEY CAN NOT CREATE A DOCUMENT FOR
 ANOTHER CONTRACTOR IT HAS TO BE THE PROPOSED WORK THEIR
 COMPANY IS LICENSED FOR AND WORK THEY WILL BE
 PREFORMING UNDER THEIR LICENSE. 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.1.
 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATIONS BY CONTRACTORS AUTHORIZED
 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 489.115 FLORIDA
 STATUTES, SHALL BE CONSIDERED EQUIVALENT TO SEALED
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BY A PERSON LICENSED UNDER
 CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES, OR CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 2) PLANS NEED TO BE BOUND TOGETHER INTO ONE SET OF
 DOCUMENTS BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL
 POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
 IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM.
  
 3) SHEET A1.1 INDICATES 6 UL WALL PENETRATION SYSTEMS
 BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE UL DOCUMENTATION FOR EACH
 SYSTEM WHAT MAKES UP EACH SYSTEM. THE FIELD INSPECTORS
 NEED THIS INFORMATION TO SEE WHAT COMPONENTS EACH
 SYSTEM IS MADE FROM, AND THE LIMITATIONS ON EACH
 SYSTEM. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION.
 714.3.1.2 THROUGH-PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM. THROUGH
 PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY AN APPROVED
 PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM INSTALLED AS TESTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 814 OR UL 1479, WITH A MINIMUM
 POSITIVE PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL OF 0.01 INCH (2.49 PA)
 OF WATER AND SHALL HAVE AN F RATING OF NOT LESS THAN
 THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF THE WALL
 PENETRATED.
  
 4) WITH THIS NEW TENANT SPACE THERE WILL BE MORE LIKELY
 A NEW FIRE SPRINKLER LAYOUT REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE WHEN
 LESS THAN 50 SPRINKLER HEADS ARE BEING MOVED, THE PLANS
 CAN BE CREATED BY THE FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR.
 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATIONS BY CONTRACTORS AUTHORIZED
 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 489.115 FLORIDA
 STATUTES, SHALL BE CONSIDERED EQUIVALENT TO SEALED
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BY A PERSON LICENSED UNDER
 CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES, OR CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
