 1. PRIOR TO CO, REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED REFLECTING THE FOLLOWING PROVISOS.
  
 2. SIDEWALK ALONG 7TH STREET SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM WIDTH
 OF 5 FEET.
  
 3. DUMPSTER SHALL BE SCREENED WITH A HEDGE ALONG THE
 WEST, SOUTH, AND EAST SIDES.
  
 4. DUMPSTER AND FENCE SHALL NOT BE WITHIN THE MINIMUM
 SETBACK OF 12 FEET, PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON DRAWINGS TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
  
 5. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DUMPSTER AREA; NO CURB
 CUTS SHALL BE ADDED ALONG 7TH STREET.
  
 6. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS MUST INCLUDE WALKWAY MATERIAL
 DETAILS.
  
 7. NO LIGHT SHALL PROJECT BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE.
