 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTRARY TO
 WHAT IS STATED ON THE PLAN REVIEW RESUBMITTAL FORM,
 THERE WAS NO COVER LETTER RESPONDING TO THE AUGUST 12
 COMMENTS PROVIDED.
  
 1) THANK YOU FOR SUBMITTING THE REVISED ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN WHICH CORRECTLY SHOWS THE CURRENT AND FUTURE
 LAYOUT OF THE ENTIRE WESTERN PARKING AREA. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT NOW
 INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE WESTERN PARKING AREA LAYOUT. ALL
 SUBMITTED PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME APPROVED, ACCURATE
 CONDITIONS. NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS NOT REQUIRED AS
 PART OF THE FENCE PERMIT AND IT MAY BE APPROPRIATE TO
 REMOVE IT AS IS SHOWS CONFLICTING INFORMATION WITH THE
 ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN.
  
 2) AMENDED COMMENT: RESOLUTION NO. 379-10 GOVERNS THE
 LIMITED STREET CLOSURE OF COCOANUT AND TUXEDO LANES TO
 INCLUDE THE TIMES THE CLOSURE IS PERMITTED, THE GATE
 PLACEMENT AND PUBLIC ACCESS.
 A. SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 379-10 REQUIRES THAT
 TUXEDO LANE AND COCOANUT LANE REMAIN OPEN TO PEDESTRIAN
 AND BICYCLE TRAFFIC AT ALL TIMES. THE CURRENT GATE
 LOCATIONS ALLOW PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLISTS TO GO AROUND
 THE GATES AND THUS MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. THE
 RESUBMITTED ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE WESTERN GATE ON TUXEDO LANE, BUT RATHER
 JUST A NOTE IS PROVIDED. THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE GATE
 AND THAT LOCATION, TO INCLUDE SWING POSITION WITH OPEN
 MEETS THE SECTION 3 REQUIREMENT. BLOW UP DETAILS AT THE
 GATES WOULD BE HELPFUL.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN
 REFERENCES NEW GATES AND FENCING ON SHEET AS2.1. NO
 SHEET EXISTS. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE SHEET G2.5? STAFF
 WILL REVIEW IF G2.5 IS THE CORRECT SHEET. HOWEVER,
 SHEET G1.2 SHALL BE CORRECTED TO LIST THE CORRECT
 REFERENCE SHEETS.
  
 4) AMENDED COMMENT: IF FENCE C AND GATE C2 ARE NOT TO
 BE CONSTRUCTION FENCES, THEN THEY MAY HAVE NO SCREENING
 MATERIAL ON THEM. THIS COMMENT IS REPEATED DUE TO THE
 NOTE STATING "1X1 FABRIC COLOR T.B.D." LISTED ON THE
 PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY NOTE. NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 PROVIDED CALLS THEM OUT AS CONSTRUCTION FENCES.
  
 5) FENCES A AND D, GATE A AT COCOANUT LANE, AND GATE A1
 MEET ZONING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) WHY DOES THE FENCE AT THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE FIELD
 WRAP AROUND THE TREES? IT WOULD SEEM THAT THE FENCE
 SHOULD RUN STRAIGHT NORTH/SOUTH WITH THE TREES ON THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE. EITHER WAY COMPLIES WITH CODE.
  
 7) THE PBDA PLAT SHALL BE RECORDED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF
 FINAL 104 INSPECTION APPROVAL.
