 1) THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE
 CURRENT AND FUTURE LAYOUT OF THE ENTIRE WESTERN PARKING
 AREA. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT EXISTING AND
 APPROVED BASE INFORMATION IS USED ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLANS.
  
 2) RESOLUTION NO. 379-10 GOVERNS THE LIMITED STREET
 CLOSURE OF COCOANUT AND TUXEDO LANES TO INCLUDE THE
 TIMES THE CLOSURE IS PERMITTED, THE GATE PLACEMENT AND
 PUBLIC ACCESS.
 A. THE PROPOSED GATE BY AUSTIN LANE IS LOCATED OUTSIDE
 OF THE LIMITED STREET CLOSURE AREA AND NOT AT THE
 APPROVED GATE LOCATION.
 B. THERE ARE ONLY TWO GATES PERMITTED, ONE AT EITHER
 END OF THE LIMITED STREET CLOSURE AREA AND NOT WITHIN
 THE STREET CLOSURE. THE GATE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE
 EAST END OF THE FIELD IS NOT PERMITTED AND SHALL BE
 REMOVED FROM THE PLANS.
 C. SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 379-10 REQUIRES THAT
 TUXEDO LANE AND COCOANUT LANE REMAIN OPEN TO PEDESTRIAN
 AND BICYCLE TRAFFIC AT ALL TIMES. THE CURRENT GATE
 LOCATIONS ALLOW PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLISTS TO GO AROUND
 THE GATES AND THUS MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. THE PROPOSED
 GATE LOCATIONS SEEM TO BLOCK ACCESS. PLEASE PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE SECTION 3 REQUIREMENT CAN BE MET.
 BLOW UP DETAILS AT THE GATES WOULD BE HELPFUL.
  
 3) THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN REFERENCES NEW GATES AND
 FENCING ON SHEET AS2.1. NO SHEET EXISTS. IS THIS
 SUPPOSED TO BE SHEET G2.5? STAFF WILL REVIEW IF G2.5 IS
 THE CORRECT SHEET.
  
 4) PLEASE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON FENCE C AND GATE
 C2.
 A. HOW TALL IS FENCE C.
 B. FENCE C AND GATES C AND C2 ARE INDICATED AS
 CONSTRUCTION RELATED. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-450 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES MAY
 ONLY BE ERECTED WHILE THERE IS AN ACTIVE BUILDING
 PERMIT OPEN FOR THE PROPERTY.
 C. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES AND GATES ARE REQUIRED
 TO HAVE SCREENING THAT IS AT LEAST 85 PERCENT OPACITY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE SCREENING DETAILS.
 D. IF THE FENCE AND GATES ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUCTION
 FENCES, THEN THEY MAY HAVE NO SCREENING MATERIAL ON
 THEM.
  
 5) FENCES A AND D AND GATE A MEET ZONING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) THE PBDA PLAT SHALL BE RECORDED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF
 FINAL 104 INSPECTION APPOVAL.
