| WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. THIS COMMENT WAS ISSUED |
| PREVIOUSLY AND HAS NOT BEEN FULLY ADDRESSED. THE |
| TRANSFORMER AND ASSOCIATED SCREENING LOCATED ON THE |
| NORTHWEST CORNER OF DIVISION AVENUE AND 15TH STREET |
| (L.A. KIRKSEY) SHALL BE RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH SUCH |
| PROVISION. |

| SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION. THIS COMMENT WAS |
