| AT ROYAL PALM PLACE, AND THAT THE LOCATION OF THE STEPS |
| WOULD REMAIN AT THE ENTRANCES INTO THE UNITS. |

| ONE ANOTHER. SUCH VARIATIONS DO NOT HAVE TO BE |
| SUBSTANTIAL STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS, BUT MAY CONSIST |
| OF DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING, RAILINGS, |
| COLUMNS, ETC. VARIATIONS SHOULD BE PROVIDED BETWEEN |

| 10. ELEVATION D OF BUILDING II DOES NOT MATCH THE |
| FLOOR/SITE PLAN. THE PLANS INDICATE A DOUBLE-DOOR |
| EXITING THE EXERCISE ROOM ONTO 17TH STREET; THIS IS NOT |
| REFLECTED ON THE ELEVATION. |

| 11. ELEVATION D OF BUILDING II INDICATES THAT THE |
| WINDOWS ALONG NORTH FA?ADE OF THE EXERCISE ROOM, |
| LEASING CENTER, ETC. ARE S-1 TYPE STOREFRONTS, WHICH |
| ARE IDENTIFIED AS HAVING A DOOR OPENING. ACCORDING TO |
| THE SITE PLAN, ONLY ONE OPENING IS TO HAVE A |
| DOUBLE-DOOR, WHILE THE OTHER OPENINGS APPEAR TO BE |
| FIXED STOREFRONT WINDOWS. |

| 12. WHAT IS THE PROPOSED TREATMENT FOR THE FACES OF THE |
| VARIOUS RETAINING WALLS? |

| 13. ALL SITE LIGHTING SHALL BE DESIGNED SO AS NOT TO |
| EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION |
| 94-310(D), WHEN MEASURED AT THE BOUNDARY OF THE RPD. |
