 THAT IF THE APPLIANCES ARE GAS-FIRED, COMBUSTION AIR

 9) PROVIDE TRASH ROOM AND ELECTRICAL ROOM EXHAUST
 VENTILATION CALCULATIONS, AND HOISTWAY VENTING
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 10) PROVIDE A REFRIGERANT PIPING RISER AND INCLUDE
 PIPING DETAILS- TYPES AND SIZES, TOTAL ALLOWABLE
 LENGTHS PER THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS, AND TYPE
 AND THICKNESSES OF PIPE INSULATIONS.
  
 11) PROVIDE UL FIRESTOPPING ASSEMBLIES FOR PIPE
 PENETRATIONS.
  
 12) WIND LOAD DESIGN FOR ROOTOP AND GROUND-MOUNTED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: THE CU MOUNTING DETAIL ON M-3.00
 IS INDICATING AN INCORRECT WIND SPEED OF150 MPH. PLEASE
 PROVIDE CURRENT WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA ON THE PLAN,
 AND SUBMIT THE MIAMI-DADE NOA #13-1017.09 LISTED IN THE
 DETAIL. PLEASE NOTE THE EOR SHALL PLACE HIS SHOP
 DRAWING APPROVAL STAMP AND SIGNATURE ON THE
  
 NOA AND ALL OTHER NOAS, PRODUCT APPROVALS, OR
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE
 PERMIT PACKAGE- INCLUDING THE GREENHECK MOTORIZED

 IF THERE IS AN ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM, AND PROVIDE AN
 INDEPENDENT VENTILATION OR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. THE
 PLANS SHOW AN ELEVATOR VESTIBULE BUT NO EQUIPMENT IS
