 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AT THE PROPOSED CROSSWALK BETWEEN BUILDINGS #2 AND
 #4, THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SIDEWALK
 SHALL BE EXPANDED TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN
 WIDTH. ADDITIONALLY, THE SOUTHERN-MOST PROPOSED GUMBO
 LIMBO SHALL BE PLACED IN THE ISLAND OPPOSITE THE
 PROPOSED TRAFFIC SIGN.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 187-16, ALL IMPROVEMENTS
 (INCLUDING UTILITIES AND REQUIRED SCREENING) SHALL BE
 MODIFIED TO COMPLY WITH THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT PERMITTED
 WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. THIS COMMENT WAS ISSUED
 PREVIOUSLY AND HAS NOT BEEN FULLY ADDRESSED. THE
 TRANSFORMER AND ASSOCIATED SCREENING LOCATED ON THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF DIVISION AVENUE AND 15TH STREET
 (L.A. KIRKSEY) SHALL BE RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH SUCH
 PROVISION.
  
 3. SOME LIGHT POLES ARE SHOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF WALKWAYS
 AND OTHERS CONFLICT WITH LANDSCAPING. THIS COMMENT WAS
 ISSUED PREVIOUSLY AND HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION. THIS COMMENT WAS
 ISSUED PREVIOUSLY AND HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE LATEST SUBMITTAL
 MADE FOR THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT. ALL PLANS NEED TO BE
 CONSISTENT.
  
 5. ALL SITE LIGHTING SHALL BE DESIGNED SO AS NOT TO
 EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 94-310(D), WHEN MEASURED AT THE BOUNDARY OF THE RPD.

 ADDRESSED.
