 1. FBC 107, PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING LOCATION OF
 PROPOSED WORK.
  
 2. PROVIDE A PLAN (DETAILS) WHICH SHOW PROPOSED WORK.
 THE PERMIT DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE CLEAR AS TO SCOPE,
 NATURE, LOCATION. "REMOVE THE EXISTING LINEAR CEILING
 MATERIAL . . . " DOES NOT INCLUDE INFORMATION SUCH AS -
 WHAT IS THE MATERIAL? IS IT SUBJECT TO WIND LOADS? IS
 IT FIRE RATED? IF OUTDOORS, HOW WITH THE "NEW LINEAR
 CEILING" BE FASTENED TO RESIST WIND LOADS? ENGINEERING
 (FASTENING TO RESIST WIND LOADS) FOR A PUBLIC
 COMMERCIAL BUILDING IS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE TO
 BE PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. NOT ENOUGH
 INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE
 CHECKLIST.
  
 3. THE PLAN IS TO INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED TO
 DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE, WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE: WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA, BUILDING TYPE (FBC CHAPTER 6),
 BUILDING HEIGHT, GOVERNING CODE AND VERSION (SHOULD
 INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE CODES WHICH APPEARS TO INCLUDE
 FBC EXISTING BUILDING AND BUILDING, PLUMBING),
 MATERIALS EXISTING, MATERIALS PROPOSED, STRUCTURAL
 DETAIL FOR THE "LINEAR VENEER CEILING".
  
 4. IF THIS IS TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION, SEE ALSO FBC
 603. PLAN IS TO INCLUDE THE EXCEPTION AND SUPPORTING
 DATA IS TO INCLUDE SPEC SHEETS WHICH DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE. THE PLAN IS TO INCLUDE INFORMATION
 REGARDING THE SPACE WHICH OPENS INTO THE PROPOSED WORK
 AREA (APPEARS TO BE AN EXIT, AND THE PROPOSED WORK AREA
 IS IN THE EXIT DISCHARGE).
  
 5. BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION, IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER OR
 NOT THE EXISTING ROOF DRAIN SYSTEM IS ADEQUATE. PROVIDE
 MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE DRAIN SYSTEM AND THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE DRAIN SYSTEM, FBC 1503.
  
 6. FBC 5TH EDITION EXISTING BUILDING, PLAN SHOULD
 INCLUDE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE 301.1.
  
 7. ROOF AND PLUMBING SUB PERMITS ARE REQUIRED, FS489.
  
 8. THE PLAN IS TO INCLUDE ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION
 REGARDING THE PROPOSED REROOF - ROOF PITCH, MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT, PARAPET INFO AND, IF APPLICABLE, PARAPET
 HEIGHT. A PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS PROVIDED, A SYSTEM
 HIGHLIGHTED, BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. IT IS NOT
 POSSIBLE TO DO A COMPLETE REVIEW WITHOUT THE
 INFORMATION LISTED, FBC 1609. IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS
 REQUIRED, PROVIDE AT THIS TIME (PREPARED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL).
  
 9. IF INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXISTING BUILDING IS
 NEEDED, A RECORDS RESEARCH REQUEST MAY BE SUBMITTED VIA
