 THE PLANS INDICATE THIS IS A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY;
 HOWEVER, THE LIFE SAFETY CODE WILL CLASSIFY THIS
 OCCUPANCY AS AN ASSEMBLY.
  
 EVERY ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY ROOM NOT HAVING FIXED SEATS
 SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM POSTED IN A
 CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM THE ROOM.
 SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS PERMITTED FOR EACH ROOM.
  
 PROVIDE TACTILE SIGNAGE AT ALL REQUIRED EXIT DOORS WITH
 EXIT SIGNS.
  
 THE NORTH GATE OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE/FRONT DESK AREA
 SWINGS AGAINST THE FLOW OF EGRESS. GATES SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH PANIC HARDWARE.
  
 THE EXISTING DOUBLE DOORS EQUIPPED WITH MAG-LOCKS
 INDICATE "EXIST LOCK." THESE DOORS SHALL FEATURE
 OBVIOUS SIGNAGE INDICATING "NOT AN EXIT."
  
 OVER THE YEARS, EMERGENCY LIGHTING HAS BEEN INSTALLED
 AND REMOVED FROM THIS SUITE. PROVIDE AN ELECTRICAL
 PHOTOMETRICS PLAN SHOWINGAT LEAST 1-FT CANDLE IS BEING
 PROVIDED ALONG ALL EGRESS PATHS.
  
 WHAT TYPE OF WALL FINISHES ARE INTENDED TO BE
 INSTALLED?
  
 THE ONLY FLOORING MATERIAL INDICATED IN THIS SPACE IS
 THE "TURF" AREA. PROVIDE PRODUCT DATA FOR THIS
 MATERIAL. FLOORING SHALL BE AT LEAST CLASS I. PER NFPA
 10.2.7.4 CLASS I INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH SHALL BE
 CHARACTERIZED BY A CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX NOT LESS THAN
 0.45 W/CM2.
  
 SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 MODIFICATION OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FIRE
 ALARM SYSTEM.
