 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL CODES
 SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE
 TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE
 FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 [A] 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS.
 THE APPLICANT FOR A PERMIT SHALL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED
 PERMIT VALUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION. PERMIT VALUATIONS
 SHALL INCLUDE TOTAL VALUE OF WORK, INCLUDING MATERIALS
 AND LABOR, FOR WHICH THE PERMIT IS BEING ISSUED, SUCH
 AS ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING EQUIPMENT AND
 PERMANENT SYSTEMS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, THE VALUATION IS UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED, UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED ESTIMATES TO MEET THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FINAL BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 R311.3 FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED IN THE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. EXTERIOR LANDINGS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE A SLOPE NOT TO EXCEED 1/4 UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT).
