 REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH:
 5TH EDITION FBC 2014 & NFPA 70 2011 (NEC)
  
 PROJECT NAME: GARAGE REMODEL
 JOB ADDRESS: 314 ARDMORE DR.
 DESCRIPTION: INTERIOR RENOVATIONS OF REAR BLDG.
 MASTER PERMIT: 16070342
  
 BELOW PLEASE FIND A LIST OF REQUIRED CORRECTIONS.
 ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED AFTER REVIEW OF
 SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 PER THE NEC AND THE FBC-R YOU SHALL PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING FOR A SUCCESSFUL ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW:
  
 1. A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE FPL UTILITY
 POLE SERVING THE PROPERTY; THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE DROP
 TO THE METER. YOU SHALL ALSO INDICATE HOW THE ELECTRIC
 SERVICE GETS TO THE REAR STRUCTURE.
 2. YOU SHALL SUBMIT AN ELECTRICAL PAGE SHOWING THE
 REQUIRED ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES AND LIGHTING OUTLETS.
 SHOW ALL EXISTING OUTLETS AS WELL AS THE PROPOSED AND
 ARK THEM ACCORDINGLY.
 3. YOU SHALL INCLUDE ON THE DRAWINGS AT A MINIMUM A
 BLOCK NOTE ADDRESSING THE GFI, ARC-FAULT,
 TAMPER-RESISTANT OUTLETS AND SMOKE DETECTORS.
 4. NO THAT THE GARAGE IS BEING CONVERTED INTO HABITABLE
 SPACE, THE FBC-R REQUIRES THAT HEAT BE PROVIDED.
 5. YOU SHALL INCLUDE AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE RISER
 DIAGRAM TO SHOW THAT THE EXISTING SERVICE IS CAPABLE OF
 ABSORBING THE ADDED LOADS.
 6. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY ARISE DUE TO DEFICIENT
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
 GREATLY APPRECIATED.
