 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE CONTRACT VALUE OF THE PROJECT IS $160,000.00. UP
 TO 20% OF THE CONTRACT VALUE COULD BE USED IN UPGRADES
 FOR ACCESSIBLITIY TO EXISTING CONDITIONS. $160,000.00 X
 0.20% = $32,000.00 DOLLORS IN VALUE. PLEASE SEE
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST OF IN WHAT ORDER THESE FUNDS ARE
 TO BE SPENT. PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE A LIST OF ELEMENTS
 BEING UPGRADES AND THE DOLLOR AMOUNT SPENT ON EACH
 ELEMENT.
  
 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST.
 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS
 EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING
 RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS INSTALLING GRAB BARS,
 ENLARGING TOILET STALLS, INSULATING PIPES, OR
 INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET CONTROLS; (III) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH
 AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT,
 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN INACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 2) A-1.01 THE EXISTING DOOR 05 DOES NOT HAVE
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES PER ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4. AND
 FIGURE 404.2.4.1 (A).
  
 3) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS BETWEEN THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS
 AND SHEET A-1.01 SEE THE CHAIR LAY OUT AND THE REQUIRED
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES FOR DOORS 18A & 18B. MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES PER ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4.
  
 4) SHEET A-1.01 TOLIET ROOM DOOR 14 ALSO MISSING THE
 REQUIRED 18 INCHES MANEUVERING CLEARANCES. MANEUVERING

 REPLACED WITH CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM AND NEW STOREFRONT

 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 7) SHEET A-5.00 DETAIL 1A THE BREAK ROOM SINK IAND
 COUNTERTOP IS INDICATED AT THE HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES.
 PLEASE COMPLY WITH
 2014 ACESS. CODE 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE
 RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 8) SHEET S-1.0 HAS THE PRESSUES FOR THE ROOF WHICH ARE
 RIGHT ON THE TARGET. THE NEGATIVE PRESSURES FOR WALL
 ZONES 4 & 5 ARE LOW BY 4 LBS. FBC-B 1609.1.5/

 9) SHEET S-3.0 DETAIL # 2 SHOWS A NEW PARAPET BEING
 INSTALLED ONTOP OF THE EXISITNG BEAM. WILL BE STRIPPING
 THE ROOF BACK TO MAKE A TIE IN, WILL NEED PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THIS TIE- IN. COMPONENTS & CLADDING
 1609.4.4.1.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
