 1) THE CIVIL PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
 FOR THE NEW WESTERN FOUR PARKING SPACES. PLEASE NOTE
 THEY ARE SHOWN IN THE CORRECT LOCATION AND WITH THE
 CORRECT, EXISTING SIDEWALK CONNECTION TO THE SCHOOL.
  
 2) THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE
 CURRENT AND FUTURE LAYOUT OF THE ENTIRE WESTERN PARKING
 AREA. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT EXISTING AND
 APPROVED BASE INFORMATION IS USED ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLANS.
  
 3) THE CIVIL PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE FULL LENGTH OF THE
 SIDEWALK CONNECTING THE EASTERN PARKING SPACES TO THE
 EXISTING SCHOOL, NOR THE NEW SIDEWALK SHOWN ON THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS BY THE PLAYGROUND. ALL PLANS SHALL
 MATCH.
  
 4) THE CIVIL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE WORK BEING DONE NOW
 ON ONE PLAN, NOT A PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 PLAN THAT SHOW
 DIFFERING SCOPES OF WORK.
  
 5) THESE PLANS SHALL ALSO MATCH THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE
 PLAN AT THE TERMINUS OF ORANGE COURT. THE CIVIL PLAN
 SHOWS A RAMP TO PERMIT WALKING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT,
 YET THE CIVIL PLANS TERMINATE THE WALKWAY PRIOR TO THE
 CURB LINE. IN ANY EVENT THERE SHOULD BE A SMOOTHER
 TRANSITION FROM THE TERMINUS TO THE WALKWAY TO THE
 SOUTH.
  
 6) NO PAVER DETAILS WERE PROVIDED.
  
 7) THE PBDA PLAT SHALL BE RECORDED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF
 FINAL 104 INSPECTION APPOVAL.
