 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE WORK BEING
 COMPLETED IN UNIT # 103 WHERE AS PLANS WERE SUBMITTED
 FOR UNITS 101 AND 103. EITHER ADD THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR
 UNIT 101 TO THE APPLICATION OR PULL THE PLANS FOR UNIT
 101AND COME IN UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT FOR UNIT 101.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.3.
  
 2) THE PLANS HAVE BEEN REDUCED IN SIZE, THE PLANS
 INDICATE THEY ARE ? INCH SCALE BUT ARE UNDER 1/8 INCH
 SCALE. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE.
  
 3) THERE IS NO OWNERSHIP OF THE PLANS, WHO DREW THE
 PLANS. 105.3.1.2 NO PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED FOR ANY
 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD(
 QUALIFIER OF COMPANY) FOR THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHALL
 TAKE OWNERSHIP BY PRINTING THEIR NAME, SIGNING THEIR
 NAME AND PRINT THEIR LICENSE NUMBER ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) PLEASE INDICATE TO WHAT CODES THE PLANS WERE
 DEVELOPED, UNDER THE 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE PLEASE
 PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 301.1 GENERAL.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 APPLICATION OF A METHOD SHALL BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR
 ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF WORK PERFORMED UNDER A
 SINGLE PERMIT UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE CODE
 OFFICIAL.
  
 5) PLEASE IDENTIFY WHERE THE AREA OF WORK IS TO OCCUR
 UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
