 RELIABLE SPRINKLER MODEL G5 WAS SUBMITTED BUT CANNOT BE
 LOCATED ON ANY OF THE PLANS.
  
 SITE PLAN INDICATES THE FIRE PUMP IS "NOT IN CONTRACT"
 HOWEVER, FIRE PUMP ISOMETRIC AND PUMP BILL OF MATERIALS
 HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.
  
 SUBMIT PRODUCT DATA FOR FIRE PUMP, JOCKEY PUMP,
 CONTROLLERS, PRESSURE REDUCING VALVES, PIPE, FITTINGS,
 ETC.
  
 1ST FLOOR PLANS ARE NOT SCALABLE; HOWEVER, PLANS
 INDICATE A SCALE OF 3/32"=1'-0". PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO
 A MINIMUM OF 1/8"=1'-0".
  
 PROVIDE LOCKING KNOX CAPS ON FIRE DEPARTMENT
 CONNECTION.
  
 FOR THE AREAS EXPOSED TO STRUCTURE (NO CEILING)
 INDICATE IF THE SPACE IS OBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION OR
 UNOBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION AND INDICATE THE MAXIMUM
 SPRINKLER DISTANCE LOCATED BELOW THE STRUCTURE OR ROOF
 DECK (IF OBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION).
  
 PROVIDE A FLEXIBLE DROP DETAIL INDICATING THE MAXIMUM
 NUMBER OF BENDS PERMITTED AND THE MINIMUM BEND RADIUS
 PERMITTED IN THE LISTING DATA.
  
 INDICATE THE FLOORS TO BE TESTED IN EXCESS OF THE 200
 PSI HYDROSTATIC TEST PRESSURE. INDICATE THE TEST
 PRESSURE (ABOVE 200 PSI) NEEDED AT THESE FLOORS.
  
 RELIABLE MODEL RESIDENTIAL SPRINKLERS ARE LOCATED IN
 SEVERAL ROOMS THAT ARE NOT DWELLING UNITS. PER NFPA 13
 SECTION 8.4.5.1 RESIDENTIAL SPRINKLERS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED IN DWELLING UNITS AND THEIR ADJOINING
 CORRIDORS.
  
 SPRINKLER FLOOR CONTROL VALVES (SEVERAL SHEETS): PER
 NFPA 13 SECTION 8.16.1.2.2 PRESSURE GAUGES SHALL BE
 INSTALLED ON THE INLET AND OUTLET SIDES OF EACH
 PRESSURE-REDUCING VALVE. A RELIEF VALVE OF NOT LESS
 THAN 1/2-INCH IN SIZE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 DISCHARGE SIDE OF THE PRESSURE-REDUCING VALVE SET TO
 OPERATE AT A PRESSURE NOT EXCEEDING 175 PSI.
  
 2ND FLOOR: SPRINKLERS LOCATED IN THE HIGH CEILING OF
 LIVING/LIBRARY ROOM #121 NEED TO BE SUPPLIED FROM THE
 1ST FLOOR SPRINKLER SYSTEM SEEING THAT THE SPRINKLERS
 ARE PROTECTING THE FLOOR AREA OF THE 1ST FLOOR,
 OTHERWISE FIREFIGHTERS MAY INCORRECTLY ASSUME THE FIRE
 IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR WHEN THE FLOW SWITCH
 OPERATES.
  
 10TH FLOOR: THE HYDRAULIC CALCULATION NODES DO NOT
 MATCH THE HYDRAULIC NODES ON THE PLANS. FOR EXAMPLE,
 HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS INDICATE FLOWING NODES #1001 -
 #1005; HOWEVER, THE PLANS SHOW NODES IN THE 300'S AND
 3000'S.
  
 10TH FLOOR: NO HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED FOR
 AREAS OUTSIDE THE DWELLING UNITS SUCH AS TRASH ROOMS,
 STORAGE ROOMS, COMMUNITY ROOMS ETC.
  
 10TH FLOOR: PROVIDE HYDRAULIC CALCULATION FOR 4
 SIDEWALL SPRINKLERS IN UNIT #1019.
  
 10TH FLOOR: RESIDENTIAL TYPE SPRINKLERS SHOWN IN
 ACTIVITY ROOM #1017 AND COMMUNITY ROOM #937 (TYPICAL
 SEVERAL FLOORS). PER NFPA 13 SECTION 8.4.5.1
 RESIDENTIAL SPRINKLERS SHALL BE PERMITTED IN DWELLING
 UNITS AND THEIR ADJOINING CORRIDORS.
  
 STANDPIPE RISERS: PROVIDE PRESSURE GAUGES AT THE TOP OF
 THE STANDPIPES PER NFPA 14 SECTION 5.5.
  
 FIRE PUMP ISOMETRIC: PER NFPA 20 (2010 EDITION) SECTION
 4.14.6.3.2, THE DISTANCE OF THE FIRE PUMP SUCTION
 FLANGE AND ANY ADJACENT SUCTION PIPE ELBOW/TEE FLANGE
 SHALL BE SEPARATED BY AT LEAST 10 PIPE DIAMETERS WHEN
 THE ELBOW/TEE HAS A CENTERLINE PLANE PARALLEL TO A
 HORIZONTAL SPLIT-CASE PUMP SHAFT. NOTE: THE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS HAVE NOT CHANGED IN THE LATEST EDITION OF
 THE STANDARD; HOWEVER, DIAGRAMS OF CORRECT/INCORRECT
 SUCTION PIPE INSTALLATIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN FIGURE
 A4.14.6 OF NFPA 20 - 2013 EDITION.
  
 A COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS TIME
 DUE TO SCALING AND TECHNICAL ERRORS SUBMITTED ON THE
 PLANS. ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED
 DURING PLAN RESUBMISSION.
