 PLUMBING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR THE FLOOR SCUPPERS AND DOWN
 SPOUTS INCLUDING HALF OF THE SQ-FT OF THE PARAPET
 WALLS. PER FBC PL 1106.4 VERTICAL WALLS.
 IN SIZING ROOF DRAINS AND STORM DRAINAGE PIPING,
 ONE-HALF OF THE AREA OF ANY VERTICAL WALL THAT DIVERTS
 RAINWATER TO THE ROOF SHALL BE ADDED TO THE PROJECTED
 ROOF AREA FOR INCLUSION IN CALCULATING THE REQUIRED
 SIZE OF VERTICAL CONDUCTORS, LEADERS AND HORIZONTAL
 STORM DRAINAGE PIPING.
  
 2. THE EMERGENCY SCUPPERS SHALL BE SIZED THE SAME AS
 THE PRIMARY DRAINS. PER FBC PL1108.3 SIZING OF
 SECONDARY DRAINS.
 SECONDARY (EMERGENCY) ROOF DRAIN SYSTEMS SHALL BE SIZED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1106 BASED ON THE RAINFALL
 RATE FOR WHICH THE PRIMARY SYSTEM IS SIZED IN TABLES
 1106.2(1), 1106.2(2), 1106.3 AND 1106.6. SCUPPERS SHALL
 BE SIZED TO PREVENT THE DEPTH OF PONDING WATER FROM
 EXCEEDING THAT FOR WHICH THE ROOF WAS DESIGNED AS
 DETERMINED BY SECTION 1101.7. SCUPPERS SHALL HAVE AN
 OPENING DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM).
 THE FLOW THROUGH THE PRIMARY SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE
 CONSIDERED WHEN SIZING THE SECONDARY ROOF DRAIN SYSTEM.
  
 3. SHOW LOCATION OF THE TERMINATION FOR CONDENSATE
 DRAIN. PER WPB AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1
  
 4. SHT. A5.1 UNDER PLUMBING IT APPEARS THAT THE
 DESCRIPTION FOR THE UNDERMOUNT BAR SINK AND THE TOILET
 ARE REVERSED PLEASE CLARIFY. PER WPB AMEND TO FBC
 107.2.1
  
 5. PROVIDE DETAILS SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS FOR
 ACCESSIBILITY AND CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR ALL FIXTURES IN
 THE BATHROOM IN SERVICE AREA. PER WPB AMEND TO FBC
 107.2.1
  
 6. PROVIDE LETTER ADDRESSING REQUEST FOR EXCEPTTIONS
 MUST BE APPROVED BY BUILDING OFFICIAL BEFORE PERMIT
 WILL BE ISSUED.
  
 1) SHEET 015A1.1 BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS INDICATES THIS
 TO BE A S1 (PRIVATE WAREHOUSE). THE PLANS INDICATE THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BUILDING (VB) TO BE 11,296/500 =
 23 OCCUPANTS. THERE IS ALSO A NOTE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF
 THE PLAN OPPOSITE END OF THE BUILDING WHERE THE MAN
 DOOR (EGRESS DOOR) IS LOCATED.
 THIS NOTE INDICATES THE 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS IS THE
 OVERHEAD DOOR AS AGREED ON 05/03/16 PRELIMINARY REVIEW
 MEETING WITH CITY BUILDING OFFICIALS.
 THERE WAS DISCUSSION AS TO HANDLE A SECOND MEANS OF
 EGRESS. ONE METHOD WAS LIMITING THE OCCUPANT LOAD TO 10
 OR LESS OCCUPANTS. THE 2014 FBC-B SECTION 1008.1.2
 EXCEPTION # 1 ALLOWS IN PRIVATE GARAGES, OFFICE AREAS,
 FACTORY AND STORAGE AREAS WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 10
 OR LESS THE EGRESS DOORS DO NOT NEED TO BE PIVOTED OR
 SIDE-HINGED SWINGING TYPE.
 IF THE OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 1008.1.2 OF THE 2014 FBC-B THEN
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WOULD NEED TO SUBMIT A LETTER TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ROBERT BROWN TO REVIEW THE PLANS
 UNDER SECTION 104.11 ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS, DESIGN AND
 METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT, 2014 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION.
  
 2)IN THE MEETING THERE ARE SEVERAL CODE ARTICLE THAT WE
 HAD AGREED ON THAT COULD BE COVERED UNDER THIS SAME
 LETTER, HANDICAPPED RESTROOMS, HAND RAILS, VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY RAMPS / LIFTS, AND ACCESSIBLE AREA OF THE
 BAR.
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL ALSO NEED TO INCLUDE
 REQUIREMENTS THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED BY OTHER TRADES AS
 WELL. UNLESS WE RECEIVE THIS REQUEST WE ARE OBLIGED TO
 REVIEW THE PLANS TO THE 2014 FBC FAMILY OF CODES.
  
 3) SHEET 030_A4.3 SHOWS THE RESTROOMS WITH VANITY
 MILLWORK. AGAIN PLEASE INCORPORATE IN THE LETTER THESE
 UNITS ARE TO BE ADAPTABLE AS TO A PRIVATE OFFICE FOR
 LAVATORY, GRAB BARS ETC?
