 1. REVISE SITE PLAN TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, PER CRS
 REQUIREMENT RA3 (SENT TO CONTRACTOR VIA EMAIL):
  
 A. THE SITE PLAN'S SCALE AND NORTH ORIENTATION ARROW;
 B. THE PARCEL BOUNDAIRES AND THE LOCATION AND NAMES OF
 ADJACENT STREETS;
 C. N/A (NO WATERCOURSES LOCATED ON PARCEL)
 D. ALL FLOODPLAIN BOUNDARIES THAT RUN THROUGH THE
 PARCEL;
 E. N/A
 F. ALL DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS;
 G. ALL AREAS TO BE CLEARED, CUT, GRADED, OR FILLED; AND
 H. THE LOCATOIN OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE.
  
 2. REVISE SITE PLAN TO INCLUDE:
 A. THE FOOTPRINT OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED BUILDINGS
 AND BUILDING ADDITIONS
 B. PROVIDE THE ELEVATION OF THE PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR
  
 3. THE FIRST INSPECTION FOR RA3 IS NOT APPLICABLE TO
 THIS PROJECT.
  
 4. THE SECOND INSPECTION IS CONDUCTED WHEN THE LOWEST
 FLOOR IS BUILT. THE SURVEYED LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION IS
 REQUIRED. THIS IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SETTING THE
 TRAILER.
 IF YOU HAVE TOPOS AVAILABLE AND THIS TEMPORARY
 STRUCTURE IS BEING SET DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND, AND WILL
 BE SET AT 7.5' NGVD29 OR ABOVE, THE TOPOS ARE
 SUFFICIENT.
  
 5. THE THIRD INSPECTION IS CONDUCTED WHEN THE PROJECT
 IS FINISHED. A "FINISHED CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.
