 3. INFORMATIONAL NO ACTION REQUIRED. 109.3.6 THRESHOLD
 BUILDINGS, OPERATING GUIDELINES FOR THRESHOLD
 INSPECTORS #26. ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER HAS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ONE MATERIAL, APPROVED
 FOR FIRE STOPPING PENETRATIONS, FOR WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 4. PROVISO: UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. PERIMETER FENCING
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH: 2014 FBC-B 3306.5 BARRIERS. BARRIERS SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 8 FEET (2438 MM) IN HEIGHT AND SHALL BE
 PLACED ON THE SIDE OF THE WALKWAY NEAREST THE
 CONSTRUCTION. BARRIERS SHALL EXTEND THE ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
  
 5. PROVISO: UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. 2014 FBC0B 3306.2
 WALKWAYS. A WALKWAY SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR PEDESTRIAN
 TRAVEL IN FRONT OF EVERY CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION
 SITE UNLESS THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY
 AUTHORIZES THE SIDEWALK TO BE FENCED OR CLOSED.
 WALKWAYS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT WIDTH TO ACCOMMODATE
 THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, BUT IN NO CASE SHALL THEY BE
 LESS THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) IN WIDTH. WALKWAYS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A DURABLE WALKING SURFACE. WALKWAYS SHALL
 BE ACCESSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 11 AND SHALL
 BE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ALL IMPOSED LOADS AND IN NO CASE
 SHALL THE DESIGN LIVE LOAD BE LESS THAN 150 POUNDS PER
 SQUARE FOOT (PSF).
  
 6. PROVISO: UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. 2014 FBC-B 3306.7
 COVERED WALKWAYS. COVERED WALKWAYS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR
 HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 8 FEET (2438 MM) AS MEASURED
 FROM THE FLOOR SURFACE TO THE CANOPY OVERHEAD. ADEQUATE
 LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT ALL TIMES. COVERED
 WALKWAYS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ALL IMPOSED
 LOADS. IN NO CASE SHALL THE DESIGN LIVE LOAD BE LESS
 THAN 150 PSF FOR THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE.
  
 7. BUILDING PROVISO: PRODUCT APPROVALS LISTED BELOW CAN
 BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS WITH THE APPROVAL OF EITHER THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD OR CONTRACTOR ONCE THE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED THEN THE SUBMITTALS
 CAN BE SUBMITTED AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE. 107.3.4.2

 SIZE. 107.2.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS

 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE
 FOR REVIEWING AND COORDINATING SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY OTHERS, INCLUDING PHASED AND DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS, FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH THE DESIGN OF
 THE BUILDING. PRODUCTS SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED

 ASSOCIATED FEES. FENCING AND GATES AROUND THE POOL WILL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, REVIEW AND ASSOCIATED FEES.
  
 12. SEPARATE PERMITS (APPLICATION, PLANS, REVIEWS, AND
 FEES) REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS OTHER THAN MECHANICAL,
 ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING FOR THE BUILDING AS SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS. THIS INCLUDES SIGNS, FIRE ALARM, FIRE
 SPRINKLERS, LANDSCAPING.
  
 13. BUILDING PROVISO/ DEFERRED SUBMITTAL:
 AN APPROVED BUILDING INFORMATION CARD THAT CONTAINS,
 BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION,

 PROPERTY NAME, ADDRESS, THE NUMBER OF FLOORS IN THE

 CLASSIFICATION (FOR MIXED USES, IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENT
 TYPES OF OCCUPANCIES ON EACH FLOOR), ESTIMATED BUILDING

 13.2. BUILDING EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION THAT
 INCLUDES: A LIST OF THE BUILDING?S EMERGENCY CONTACTS
 (E.G., BUILDING MANAGER, BUILDING ENGINEER, ETC.) AND
 THEIR RESPECTIVE WORK PHONE NUMBER, CELL PHONE NUMBER,
 EMAIL ADDRESS;
  
 13.3. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION THAT INCLUDES:
 THE TYPE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (E.G., FLOORS, WALLS,
 COLUMNS, AND ROOF ASSEMBLY);
  
 13.4. EXIT STAIR INFORMATION THAT INCLUDES: NUMBER OF
 EXIT STAIRS IN BUILDING, EACH EXIT STAIR DESIGNATION
 AND FLOORS SERVED, LOCATION WHERE EACH EXIT STAIR
 DISCHARGES, EXIT STAIRS THAT ARE PRESSURIZED, EXIT
 STAIRS PROVIDED WITH EMERGENCY LIGHTING, EACH EXIT

 THE NORTH WALL ELEVATION ON THE GARAGE LEVELS 3-5 THE
 PLANS SHOW PERFORATED ALUMINUM PANEL SYSTEM. PLEASE
 PROVIDE PRODUCT LITERATURE, AND ENGINEERING ANALYSIS OF
 THE SYSTEM, WITH THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AND ANCHORING
 SYSTEMS REVIEWED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. FL
 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD
 THE DELEGATED ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD FOR REVIEW. 2014 FBC-B 1503.1 ROOF DECKS SHALL
 BE COVERED WITH APPROVED ROOF COVERINGS SECURED TO THE
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CHAPTER. ROOF COVERINGS SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS CODE AND THE APPROVED
 MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS SUCH THAT THE ROOF COVERING
 SHALL SERVE TO PROTECT THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
  
 17. SUB PERMITS (APPLICATION, SUB PERMIT FEE OF $80)
 ARE REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND
 ROOFING PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
  
 18. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL: IF ACOUSTIC FLOORING
 UNDERLAYMENT IS PROPOSED, FBC B 603.1, ALLOWABLE
 MATERIALS IN NON COMBUSTIBLE BUILDINGS, SEE ITEM 2,
 EXCEPTION 2, ACOUSTICAL INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A
 FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING
 AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX
 OF NOT MORE THAN 200. SEE 803.1.1, PROVIDE TEST DATA IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723. SUBMIT PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION.
  
 19. REVISION REQUIRED; PER ARCHITECT, 2 HOUR SHAFT
 DETAIL ON SHEETS A3.05 AND 3.08A (AND ANY OTHER
 AFFECTED LOCATIONS NOT LISTED) WILL BE REVISED (FBC
 BUILDING 703.2.1, NEED HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY). A REVISION
 IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 20. WHEN AVAILABLE, PROVIDE THE TEST PILE PROGRAM
 REPORT. REPORT IS TO BE REVIEWED BY SEOR PRIOR TO
