 OCCUPANCY TYPE IS LISTED AS BUSINESS, THE (2) ISSUE IS
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS FIGURED AT 60 SQ. FT. / OCCUPANT
 PLEASE REVIEW THE 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.2 WHERE
 EITHER AT BASEMENT OR GRADE FLOOR LEVEL THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD IS TAKEN AT 30 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT. CLARIFICATION OF
