 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SET OF FLOOR PLANS SHOWING
 THE 1ST FLOOR AND WHAT EITHER APPEARS TO BE A MEZANINE
 OR A 2ND FLOOR. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOT FLOOR
 AREA OF THE MEZANINE/ 2ND FLOOR AS WELL AS THE OPEN
 AREA OF THE 1ST FLOOR TO DETERMINE THE FLOOR AREA AND
 USAGE.

 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR
 BUILDINGS. THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM
 CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE
 PLAN.
  
 107.3.5.1.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:BUILDING
 1. SITE REQUIREMENTS:
 PARKING
 FIRE ACCESS
 2. OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 3. MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED
 (SEE TABLE 503).
 4. FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SHALL
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:

 2) THE LAST KNOWN USE FOR THIS SPACE WAS AN WAREHOUSE
 AND ACCESSORY OFFICE OCCUPANCY PERMIT # 08040438.
 PLEASE SEE THE 2014 FBC-EXISITNG BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 1001.3 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012
 SHALL APPLY. THE APPLICATION, PLANS NOR THE TITLE BLOCK
 INDICATE THERE IS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY.
  
 3) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 4) A THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
