 1. PLEASE REVISE THE PERMITTED VALUE TO INCLUDE THE
 SCOPE OF THE NEW WORK INCLUDED IN THE REVISIONS.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2. REVISE LEVEL OF ALTERATION TO COMPLY WITH THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE SEC 505 LEVEL 3 ALTERATION.
  
 3. REVISE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN TO INCLUDE THE NEW SCOPE
 OF WORK,
  
 4. PLEAASE SHOW A DETAIL FOR THE BEARING WALL BETWEEN
 KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM. INCLUDE FRAMING DETAIL AND
 POINT LOAD METHOD. FRC602
  
 5. SHOW METHOD OF WALL ATTACHMENT. INCLUDE A STRAPPING,
 BOLTING SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS.
  
 6. THE NEW PLANS HAVE VARIOUS FRAMING DETAILS. SHOW THE
