 NUMBER OR MIAMI-DADE NOA NUMBER. PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE
 ALREADY APPROVED. IF THERE IS NO APPROVED CURRENT
 PRODUCT APPROVAL, THEN MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL. ADVICE IF LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL
 OPTION IS GOING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INSTRUCTIONS OF
 HOW TO APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL.

 D) SLIDING DOORS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NEED DOORS THAT
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEET A3.1.
 ALSO, DRAWINGS NO 1650 SUBMITTED DON'T HAVE A FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER OR MIAMI-DADE NOA NUMBER.
 PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE ALREADY APPROVED. IF THERE IS NO
 APPROVED CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL, THEN MANUFACTURER
 MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL. ADVICE IF LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL OPTION IS GOING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR
 INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 E) WATERPROOFING MATERIAL TO BE USED ON THE BALCONIES.
 NOTES: (1) NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS LISTED TO
 RECEIVE TILES AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. (2) CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED TO VERIFY UPLIFT DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL
 BALCONY DECK ZONES.
  
 F) FLOOD VENTS. SEE COMMENT #3 BELOW.
  
 2- STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE
 IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3-THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE A5. THE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION IS 7'-0". THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION
 NEEDS TO BE 6" MIN. ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 94-546 (B)(1) CITY CODE. ACCORDING TO
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IN CITY RECORDS THE FINISHED
 FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE MAIN HOUSE IS 7'-6" AND THE
 GARAGE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS 7'-0". THE FINISHED
 FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE GARAGE NEEDS TO BE RAISED OR
 FLOOD VENTS MAY BE INSTALLED FOR FLOOD CONTROL (SEC.
 SEC. 94-546 (A(3) CITY CODE.
 NOTE: FLOOD VENTS INSTALLATION OPTION: SHOW LOCATION OF
 FLOOD VENTS AND PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
