 1) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. IN ORDER TO VERTICALLY
 RELOCATE A SIGN OUTSIDE OF THE SIGN ZONE, REQUIRES THE
 APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT BY
 THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE PROPOSED
 SIGN, WHEN COMBINED WITH "THE REGIONAL" SIGN APPROVED
 UNDER PERMIT 16061124 EXCEED THE SIGN ALLOWANCE BY 20.6
 FEET.
  
 ALLOWED SIGN SIZE: 65 SF
 EXISTING "THE REGIONAL" SIGN: 34.6 SF
 PROPOSED SIGN: 51 SF
 TOTAL SIGNAGE: 85.6 SF
 EXCESS SIGNAGE: 20.6 SF
  
 3) CITYPLACE MAY APPROVE IN WRITING (NOTARIZED LETTER)
 A VARIANCE TO INCREASE IN THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE BY 25
 PERCENT, WHICH WOULD PERMIT A TOTAL OF 81.25 SF. THIS
 WOULD STILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE PROPOSED SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 A COPY OF THESE COMMENTS HAS BEEN SENT TO CARLOS BERNAL
