 JOBSITE INSPECTIONS WITHOUT THIS THE PERMIT EXPIRES IN
 6 MONTHS, ABANDONMENT OF JOB, NO INSPECTION ACTIVITY.
  
 3)2ND REQUEST. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 PROPERTY LINES, CONSTRUCTION AREAS, STAGING AREAS, HOW
 THE OCCUPANTS OF THE BUILDING WILL BE SAFE GUARDED
 DURING THEIR ENTRY AND EXIT OF THE BUILDING. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 3306.7 COVERED WALKWAYS
 INCLUDING LIGHTING FOR THE EXIT DISCHARGE.
 2014 FBC-B 3310.2 MAINTENANCE OF MEANS OF EGRESS.
 REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL
 TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, REMODELING OR
 ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO ANY BUILDING.
  
 4A)2ND REQUEST. IF SCAFFOLDING EXTENDS BEYOND THE
 PRIVATE PROPERTY AND ONTO CITY RIGHT OF WAY ENGINEERING
 WILL REQUIRE RIGHT OF WAY PERMITS. PLEASE CONTACT MANNY
 GONZALEZ AT THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 494-1085.
  
 4B) 2ND REQUEST. IF SCAFFOLDING IS TO BE USED FOR THE
 HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING, PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE
 SCAFFOLDING WILL BE BUILT AS WELL AS HOW THE
 SCAFFOLDING WILL BE ANCHORED TO RESIST LATERAL WIND
 LOADING. THERE APPEARS SAND BLASTING WILL ALSO BE A
 ELEMENT OF THE OPERATION, HOW WILL THE SANDBLASTING BE
 CONTAINED, WILL THERE BE WIND SCREENS, IF SO PLEASE
 PROVIDE WHAT ELEMENTS WILL BE INTRODUCED TO KEEP THE
 SCAFFOLDING FROM MOVING WITH THE LATERAL EFFECT OF WIND
 ON THE WIND SCREENS. AT WHAT SAFETY FACTOR ARE THESE
 ELEMENTS FACTORED? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

 5) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-B 3309.1 WHERE REQUIRED. ALL STRUCTURES UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION OR DEMOLITION SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH NO FEWER THAN ONE APPROVED PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHER IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 906 AND SIZED
 FOR NOT LESS THAN ORDINARY HAZARD AS FOLLOWS:
  
 1. AT EACH STAIRWAY ON ALL FLOOR LEVELS WHERE
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS HAVE ACCUMULATED.
  
 2. IN EVERY STORAGE AND CONSTRUCTION SHED.
  
 3. ADDITIONAL PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE SPECIAL HAZARDS EXIST, SUCH AS THE
 STORAGE AND USE OF FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS.
  
 [F] 3309.2 FIRE HAZARDS.
 THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE SHALL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED TO SAFEGUARD
 AGAINST ALL FIRE HAZARDS ATTENDANT UPON CONSTRUCTION
 OPERATIONS.
  
 6) 2ND REQUEST. DURING THE RESTORATION WORK ON THE
 BALCONIES HOW WILL THE TENANTS BE SAFE GUARDED FROM THE
 WORK AREA AND EGRESS ONTO THE BALCONIES? 3306.1
 PROTECTION REQUIRED.
  
 7) ALL ADD-MIXTURES RHINOPLASTIC CONCRETE ADDITIVES ARE
 TO BE REVIEWED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD AS ALL OTHER
