 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE FOLLOWING IN WRITING.
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE MAJORITY OF THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SHEETS WERE NOT UPDATED TO REFLECT THAT THE OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD FACADE AND THE CORNER TOWER ARE REMAINING IN
 THE CURRENT CONFIGURATION. CORRECT ALL SHEETS TO
 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK. THE FOLLOWING
 SHEETS WERE NOT CORRECTED ? A-1.0, A-1.1, A-2.0, A-2.1,
 A-3.0, A-4.0, A-4.1, A-5.0, A-5.1, A-7.1, A-7.7, AND
 A-9.0. NOTE: THE LOCATIONS OF ITEMS SHOWN ON THE
 ELECTRIC SHEETS (LIGHTS, JUNCTION BOXES, ETC.) MAY BE
 IMPACTED BY THE FACADE REMAINING IN ITS CURRENT
 CONFIGURATION.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE BRAND AND NAMES
 OF THE PAINT COLORS THAT YOU WILL BE USING. THE
 RESPONSE COMMENTS STATE THAT CITYPLACE APPROVED THE
 PAINT, BUT THE PLANS DID NOT INCLUDE THE SPECIFICS.
  
 3) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. AWNINGS - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS ON THE STREET LEVEL SHALL
 HAVE A MINIMUM CLEARANCE OF EIGHT (8) FEET FROM THE
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION TO THE LOWEST POINT OF THE
 AWNING. THE SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT VERIFY THIS
 REQUIREMENT. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A GRADE CHANGE IS
 SHOWN ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, WHICH MAY AFFECT THIS
 REQUIREMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE AWNINGS ARE SHOWN
 EXTENDING ONLY THREE (3) FEET FROM THE BUILDING, NOT
 THE FOUR (4) FEET REQUIRED BY THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN. THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE WAIVED BY CITYPLACE
 RETAIL, IN WRITING, AT THE TIME OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL FOR THE AWNINGS.
