 THE REAR EXIT ACCESS DOOR SHOWS A CEILING EXIT
 DIRECTIONAL LIGHT. THE ARE 2 OTHER EXITS TOWARD THE
 FRONT OF THE TENANT SPACE, ONE IS A EXIT DISCHARGE DOOR
 DIRECTLY TO THE SIDEWALK ON DIXIE HWY. THE OTHER DOOR
 THAT HAS THE CEILING MOUNTED EXIT LIGHT TAKING YOU TO
 THE SIDE DOOR THAT LEADS TO A FENCED IN AND GATED
 COURTYARD. IS THE GATE UNLOCKED AND MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EGRESS COURT THAT LEADS TO THE
 PUBLIC WAY? 2014 FBC-B 1027.4.2 & 1027.5.
