 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. CLEARLY SPECIFY EXTENT
 OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED. SPECIFY WHAT'S NEW , WHAT'S
 EXISTING, ETC. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 (1) SCOPE BUILDING NOTE #2 STATES "REPAIR DAMAGED
 EXISTING FRAMING AND LAPPED SIDING ON EXISTING EXTERIOR
 WALL, TO MATCH EXISTING". NEED TO IDENTIFY REPAIR AREAS
 AND PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL REPAIRS. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS
 AND CONNECTORS. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
  
 (2) SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON FP-1 DRAWING DOESN'T MATCH
 SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON DRAWING FP-1 SUBMITTED UNDER THE
 MAIN HOUSE PERMIT #16051207. REVISE ALL SCOPE OF WORK
 TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 2- PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE IN ALL PLANS OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 STILL MISSING THE NAME OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN.
  
 3- IF THE ENTRY DOOR OF THE FIRST FLOOR IS GOING TO BE
 REPLACED, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.002(33).
  
  
 **** PLEASE REMOVE ANY REVISED DRAWING AND INSERT THE
 NEW DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMIT OLD
 DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE.
