 THE REAR PART OF THE HOUSE IS A FINISHED OPEN PORCH.
 THERE ARE NO CITY RECORDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OF
 BEDROOM #1 AS SHOWN ON PLANS SUBMITTED. AFTER THE PLANS
 ARE REVISED, BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N.
 JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND
 DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF

 CONFUSING. IT SHOWS THE FLOOR LAYOUT OF THE FIRST FLOOR
 INSTEAD OF SHOWING THE ROOF TOPS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 5- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS FOR ALL BEDROOMS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R315 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
