 DOES NOT DECLARE IF THIS TENANCY IS TO BE A MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCY SEPARATED (FBC-B508.2.4) OR NON-SEPARATED
 OCCUPANCIES (FBC-B 50508.3). THE ASSEMBLY USAGE IS OVER
 10 % OF THE FLOOR PLATE CREATING MIXED USE OCCUPANCY.

 3) LETTER FROM GLIDDENSPINA IS FOR SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 TO THE 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE IN REGARDS TO 202.4.1
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST AND 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES
 IN THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY. THE LETTER LIST
 SIGNAGE, HARDWARE, CARPET, VCT & TILE OR 20% OF THE
