| APPEARS THAT THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN SUCH UTILITY |
| ELEMENTS AND FENCING, ETC. ALL CONFLICTS SHALL BE |
| RESOLVED AND SUFFICIENT SCREENING PROVIDED. |

| 6. A MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED |
| BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING |
