 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE REVISION FORM UNDERTHE HEADING OF SCOPE OF
 REVISION INDICATES: CHANGE IMPACT-RATED GLASS BLOCK
 WINDOW TO IMPACT RATED ALUMNIUM STOREFRONT WINDOW.
 PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW A REVISION # 2 WHERE
 A STOREFRONT WINDOW IS TO BE INSTALLED. THE SUBMITTED
 REVISION NOR THE APPROVED PLANS SHOW ANY IMPACT RATED
 GLASS BLOCK WITHIN THE EXTERIOR WALL. ON THE ORIGINAL
 PERMITED PLANS BOTH SHEETS A-1 AND LS-1 OFFICE LABELED
 # 116 SHOWS AN EXTERIOR WALL INFILE. THIS SAME DETAIL
 IS SHOWN ON THE REVISION WITH THE NOTE SEE ELEV. 2/A-2
 WHICH IS A WALL DETAIL FOR INFILE OF AN EXTERIOR WALL.
 PLEASE UPDATE PLANS TO SHOW THE NEW STOREFRONT GLAZING
 SYSTEM.

 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.4 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR ALL BUILDINGS SHALL DESCRIBE
 THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO
 DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CODE. THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE
 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE.
  
 2) THE SUBMITED YKK STOREFRONT APPROVAL FOR YHS 50 FS
 DOES NOT INDICATE THAT IT IS A MIAMI-DADE NOA OR A
 FLORIDA APPROVAL UNDER THE CURRENT CODE, ONLY THE
 TECHNICAL SHEETS WERE SUBMITTED.

 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE

 AS REQUIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE
 ESTABLISHED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
