 GENERAL: THE PLANS INDICATE A LOCATION OF "PALM BEACH"
 WHICH IS A TOWN EAST OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH.
 THE PLANS ALSO INCORRECTLY INDICATE A PLAN ADDRESS OF
 "5300 HAVERHILL ROAD" ON SOME SHEETS AND NONE OF THE
 SHEETS INDICATE THE ADDRESS OF 5454 NORTH HAVERHILL
 ROAD. PLEASE CORRECTLY ADDRESS EACH OF THE PLANS.
  
 GENERAL: FOR EACH AREA EXPOSED TO STRUCTURE (NO
 CEILING) INDICATE IF THE SPACE IS OBSTRUCTED
 CONSTRUCTION OR UNOBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION AND INDICATE
 THE MAXIMUM SPRINKLER DISTANCE LOCATED BELOW THE
 STRUCTURE OR ROOF DECK (IF OBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION).
  
 SHEET FP-2 -- FIELD EQUIPMENT STORAGE #11001 (REMOTE
 AREA #1): THE HYDRAULIC AREA SHALL BE MEASURED PARALLEL
 TO THE BRANCH LINES PER NFPA 13. THE ROOM DESIGN METHOD
 CANNOT BE USED AS THERE IS NO FIRE RATED WALLS
 SEPARATING THE ROOMS. SPRINKLERS ARE LOCATED AT AN
 ELEVATION OF ROUGHLY 12 FEET ABOVE FINISHED FLOOR;
 HOWEVER, THE AREA IS CALCULATED AS ORDINARY HAZARD
 GROUP 1 LIMITING THE STORAGE OF COMBUSTIBLES TO 8 FEET.
 THIS AREA MAY NEED TO BE CALCULATED AS ORDINARY HAZARD
 GROUP 2 TO PERMIT STORAGE GREATER THAN 8 FEET IN HEIGHT
 OR MEASURES SHALL BE SPECIFIED AS TO HOW THE
 COMBUSTIBLES WILL BE LIMITED TO 8 FEET.
  
 SHEET FP-2 -- MAINTENANCE SHOP #11125 (REMOTE AREA #2):
 THE HYDRAULIC AREA SHALL BE MEASURED PARALLEL TO THE
 BRANCH LINES PER NFPA 13. THE ROOM DESIGN METHOD CANNOT
 BE USED AS THERE IS NO FIRE RATED WALLS SEPARATING THE
 ROOMS AND THE AREA-REDUCTION METHOD FOR QUICK RESPONSE
 SPRINKLERS CANNOT BE USED DUE TO THE EXTRA HAZARD
 CLASSIFICATION. THE SPRINKLERS PROTECTING THE EXTRA
 HAZARD AREA (DENSITY 0.6 GPM/SF) ARE EXTENDED COVERAGE
 (K=11.2); HOWEVER, ACTUAL DENSITIES PROVIDED IN THE
 HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS (0.27 GPM/SF OR 52.5 GPM) ARE
 WAY BELOW THE DESIGN DENSITY. FOR EXAMPLE SPRINKLER
 #101 IS PROTECTING AN SXL AREA OF ROUGHLY 12.5' X 7.0'.
 BEING EXTENDED COVERAGE, THE SPRINKLER AREA SHALL BE
 ROUNDED UP AND CALCULATED USING THE "RULE OF SQUARES"
 PER NFPA 13 SECTION 8.8.2.1.2. THIS WILL RESULT IN A
 COVERAGE AREA OF 14'X14' OR 196 SQUARE FEET AND A
 NEEDED FLOW OF 118 GPM PER SPRINKLER TO OBTAIN A DESIGN
 DENSITY OF 0.6 GPM/SF. ALSO THE TYCO MODEL ELOC K=11.2
 THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS ONLY LISTED FOR PROTECTING LIGHT
 HAZARD OCCUPANCIES, THIS WILL ALSO AFFECT REMOTE AREAS
 3 AND 4.
  
 SHEET FP-2: THE SPRINKLER SCHEDULE INDICATES THE
 SPRINKLER MODEL FOR THE K=11.2 TO BE "FRB;" HOWEVER,
 THE ACTUAL MODEL SUBMITTED IS THE "ELOC."
  
 SHEET FP-4: PLAN SCALE IS INDICATED AS 1/8"=1'-0"
 HOWEVER, THE PLAN IS NOT SCALABLE.
  
 SHEET FP-5: THE NATIONALS LOCKER ROOM SHOWS 5 AND 6
 SPRINKLERS SUPPLIED BY 1-INCH BRANCH LINES. THIS
 CONFIGURATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY HYDRAULIC
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 SHEET FP-5: WEIGHT ROOM #11318; NO SPRINKLER COVERAGE
 FOR THE EAST PORTION OF THE ROOM.
