 OF UNDERLAYMENT FELT PARALLEL TO AND STARTING AT THE
 EAVES, FASTENED SUFFICIENTLY TO HOLD IN PLACE. STARTING
 AT THE EAVE, APPLY 36-INCH-WIDE (914 MM) SHEETS OF
 UNDERLAYMENT, OVERLAPPING SUCCESSIVE SHEETS 19 INCHES
