 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SITE WALL ON SHEET G2.1 IS
 DIFFERENT FROM THE SITE WALL ON SHEET S-1.1. ALL PLANS
 SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS. THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE
 WALL SHOWN ON SHEET G2.1 RUNS EAST/WEST AND IS NOT
 SHOWN ON SHEET S-1.1. THE REFERENCED DETAILS ON SHEETS
 3.1 AND 3.3 STATE "SEE STRUCTURAL PLANS", YET THESE ARE
 NOT SHOWN ON THE PROVIDED PLANS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED WALL BLOCKS THE
 EXISTING PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT. PROVIDE A PLAN
 THAT SHOWS HOW THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ACROSS THE SITE
 WILL BE MAINTAINED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WALL.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS SHALL NOT BE
 IMPEDED DURING ANY PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION. CONDITION F
 OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT STATES THAT SAFE PASSAGEWAYS
 FOR PEDESTRIANS SHALL BE PROVIDED THRU THE WORK SITE.
  
 3) TAGS ON SHEET G2.1 WHICH REFERENCE SPECIFIC DETAILS
 ARE INCORRECTLY ORIENTED - EX. 06/G3.3 AND 03/G3.3. ALL
 DETAIL DRAWINGS SHALL BE CORRECTLY REFERENCED.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CROSS SECTION FOR HOW THE TRENCH
 DRAINS INTERACT WITH THE PENETRATION TO THE SITE WALL
 GIVEN THAT THERE IS A LARGE ELEVATION DIFFERENCE
 BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF THE PAVERS ON THE INSIDE OF THE
 SITE WALL AND THE DRAINAGE SWALE.
  
 5) THERE IS A POSSIBLE CONFLICT BETWEEN THE EXISTING
 STORMWATER AND SANITARY SEWER PIPES (SEE SIMMONS &
 WHITE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN) AND THE PROPOSED WALL
 LOCATION. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION THAT SHOWS THE DEPTH
 OF THE PIPES IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPOSED SITE WALL
 FOOTERS TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS NO CONFLICT WITH THE
 CITY INFRASTRUCTURE. ALTERNATIVELY, PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE PIPES HAVE BEEN RE-ROUTED PRIOR
 TO APPROVAL OF THE SITE WALL PERMIT.
  
 6) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
 SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION INCORRECTLY SHOW
 THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 SITE. THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMER MAY NOT BE LOCATED AS
 SHOWN. THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY IS IN AN EASEMENT AS
 SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLAN.
