| GIVEN THAT THERE IS A LARGE ELEVATION DIFFERENCE |
| BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF THE PAVERS ON THE INSIDE OF THE |
| SITE WALL AND THE DRAINAGE SWALE. |

| 5) THERE IS A POSSIBLE CONFLICT BETWEEN THE EXISTING |
| STORMWATER AND SANITARY SEWER PIPES (SEE SIMMONS & |
| WHITE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN) AND THE PROPOSED WALL |
| LOCATION. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION THAT SHOWS THE DEPTH |
| OF THE PIPES IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPOSED SITE WALL |
| FOOTERS TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS NO CONFLICT WITH THE |
| CITY INFRASTRUCTURE. ALTERNATIVELY, PROVIDE |
| VERIFICATION THAT THE PIPES HAVE BEEN RE-ROUTED PRIOR |
| TO APPROVAL OF THE SITE WALL PERMIT. |

| 6) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS |
| SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION INCORRECTLY SHOW |
| THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE |
| SITE. THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMER MAY NOT BE LOCATED AS |
| SHOWN. THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY IS IN AN EASEMENT AS |
| SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLAN. |
