| IT SHALL BE CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED THAT NO PORTION OF THE |
| SITE WALL IS CLOSER THAN 25 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE. |
| THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE WALL AND WALL WITH |
| FENCE ON TOP EXCEEDS FOUR (4) FEET IN HEIGHT WHEN |
| MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE. |

| 5) THE SIGNAGE ON THE WALL REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT |
| WITH PLANS. |

| 6) THE PROPOSED WALL APPEARS TO BLOCK THE EXISTING |
| PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT. PROVIDE A PLAN THAT SHOWS |
| HOW THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ACROSS THE SITE WILL BE |
| MAINTAINED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WALL. PLEASE |
| NOTE THAT THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS SHALL NOT BE IMPEDED |
| DURING ANY PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION. |
