 1) THE PERMIT IS FOR A SITE WALL. THE PLANS INCLUDE
 MUCH MORE THAN JUST SITE WALL DETAILS. PLEASE HIGHLIGHT
 THE LOCATION OF THE WORK SPECIFICALLY COVERED BY THIS
 PERMIT, TO INCLUDE THE DETAILS.
  
 2) WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE SITE WALL ON SHEET G2.1 IS
 DIFFERENT FROM WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE SITE WALL ON
 SHEET S-1.1. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN G1.1 IS ILLEGIBLE WITH ALL THE CROSS
 HATCHING.
  
 4) PROVIDE A SURVEY OR CIVIL PLAN WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS
 THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE FLAGLER DRIVE PROPERTY
 LINE TO THE FACE OF THE SITE WALL ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE.
 IT SHALL BE CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED THAT NO PORTION OF THE
 SITE WALL IS CLOSER THAN 25 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE WALL AND WALL WITH
 FENCE ON TOP EXCEEDS FOUR (4) FEET IN HEIGHT WHEN
 MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE.
  
 5) THE SIGNAGE ON THE WALL REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WITH PLANS.
  
 6) THE PROPOSED WALL APPEARS TO BLOCK THE EXISTING
 PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT. PROVIDE A PLAN THAT SHOWS
 HOW THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ACROSS THE SITE WILL BE
 MAINTAINED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WALL. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS SHALL NOT BE IMPEDED
 DURING ANY PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION.
