 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, A MAJOR
 AMENDMENT TO THE PALM BEACH ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY (PBAU)
 ATHLETIC COMPLEX COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (CSPD) SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. SUCH
 APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND IS BEING REVIEWED AT
 THIS TIME. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ISSUED DURING THE
 MAJOR AMENDMENT PROCESS WILL NEED TO BE INCORPORATED
 INTO THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION:
  
  A. THE CORNER OF THE COVERED WALKWAY AT THE FAR NORTH
 END OF THE BUILDING ENCROACHES INTO AN EXISTING FPL
 EASEMENT. EASEMENT CONSENT SHALL BE PROVIDED, OR THE
 BUILDING SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
  
  B. BIKE RACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE ENTRANCE (OR
 CLOSE TO) THE BUILDING.
  
 2. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION.
  
 3. THE TRAFFIC STATEMENT (PREPARED BY KIMLEY-HORN &
 ASSOCIATES) SHALL BE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND/OR ACCEPTED BY
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUTSTANDING LANDSCAPING AND
 SCREENING ENCLOSURES FOR THE PBAU ATHLETIC COMPLEX WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE RECREATION BUILDING.
  
 5. PLEASE INCLUDE THE SITE/MASTER PLAN, PREPARED BY
 WINSTON LEE & ASSOCIATES (LYNN BENDER), AS THIS IS THE
 OFFICIAL SITE/MASTER PLAN FOR THE PBAU ATHLETIC CAMPUS
 AND IS AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF ALL SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE TO OCCUR AROUND THE BUILDING.
