 1) SHEETS M0.02 & M1.01: EF-1 HAS A CAPACITY OF 1075
 CFMS, HOWEVER THE PLAN INDICATES A TOTAL OF 1150 CFMS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) M0.02 & M1.01: EF-10 HAS A CAPACITY OF 100 CFRMS,
 HOWEVER THE PLAN INDICATES A TOTAL OF 200 CFMS
 REQUIRED.
  
 3) M0.02 & M1.01: AHU-5 HAS A TOTAL SUPPLY AND O/A
 CAPACITY OF 3100 CFMS, HOWEVER THE PLAN IS INDICATING A
 LESSER AMOUNT OF 2815 CFMS OF AIR BEING SUPPLIED. AS
 THIS UNIT IS PROVIDING 100 % AIR FOR EXHAUST, PLEASE
 REVIEW THE PLAN FOR ANY POSSIBLE SUPPLY DIFFUSER
 OMISSIONS.
  
 4) M0.02 & M1.01, AHU-5 O/A SCHEDULE SHOWS 520 CFMS OF
 EXHAUST AIR FOR THE WOMEN'S LOCKER/SHOWER ROOM, HOWEVER
 THE PLAN IS INDICATING A LESSER AMOUNT OF 450 CFMS.
  
 5) THE AC COOLING AND HEATING CALCULATIONS, AND THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE NOT RESUBMITTED WITH THE
 CORRECTED PLANS.
  
 6) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED IN 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #4B,
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OR NOTES ON THE PLAN INDICATING
 COMPLIANCE FOR O/A INTAKE AND EXHAUST TERMINATION
 LOCATION CLEARANCES- SEE SECTIONS 401.4 & 501.3.1.
  
 7) IN REFERENCE TO 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #5, CLARIFY IF
 THE AIR HANDLERS WILL BE LINKED TOGETHER FOR FAN
 SHUTDOWN IF ANY SINGLE DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR ACTIVATES.
  
 8) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTRED IN 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #8B,
 PROVIDE MAKEUP AIR FOR THE DRYERS. THE RESPONSE FROM
 JLRD REFERENCES THE AHU-5 TABLE HOWEVER AHU-5 IS NOT
 SERVING THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
  
 9) ADVISORY: IN REFERENCE TO JLRD RESPONSE TO 1ST
 REVIEW COMMENT #10, A SPECIALTY ENGINEER WILL PROVIDE
 THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR THE EXTERIOR MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT INSTALLATIONS. PLEASE NOTE TRHAT A HOLD WILL
 BE PLACED ON MECHANICAL INSPECTIONS UNTIL THE
 ENGINEERING IS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED.
  
 10) M1.01, M1.02, & M1.03: PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED
 ACCESS PANELS ON THE PLANS FOR ALL ABOVE CEILING
 EXHAUST FANS- SECTION 306.1.
  
 11) M1.01, M1.02, & M1.03: SHOW THE REQUIRED SMOKE
 DAMPERS FOR DUCT PENETRATING SMOKE WALLS AT CORRIDORS
 132 & 200- SECTION 607.5.4.
  
 12) M3.03: PROVIDE A SMOKE DAMPER DETAIL AND INDICATE
 WHERE THE FIRE DAMPERS SHOWN ON THIS PLAN SHEET CAN BE
 FOUND ON THE HVAC FLOOR PLANS.
  
 13) REFER TO SECTION C403.2.7.2 FBC-14 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION AND PROVIDE NON-COMBUSTIBLE DOORS FOR ALL
 MECHANICAL CLOSETS, UNLESS THE RETURN DUCTS ARE
 DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE AIR HANDLERS.
  
 14) ADVISORY: JLRD HAS REQUESTED DEFFERRED SUBMITTALS
 FOR PRODUCTS INCLUDING O/A INTAKE AND EXHAUST LOUVERS,
 AND DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING
 SECTIONS FOR THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC:
  
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL: 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR
 THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL. 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE
 DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
