 ACCORDING TO SEC. R903.4.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THE OVERFLOW
 NEED TO BE "NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED VERTICAL
