 ADDITION ROOF LINE ON THE EAST SIDE WILL END AND THE
 EXISTING ROOF LINE THE WEST SIDE OF THE OF THE EXISTING

 IT APPEARS THEY WILL BE ADJOINING AND CREATING ONE
 LARGE BUILDING PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE FOR NEW

 ON THE SAME LOT AND 705.3 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT.
 COMPLIANCE WITH 508.3 NON-SEPARATED USE CANNOT BE
 CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE 2 BUILDINGS
 CAN BE VERIFIED. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE.

 APPLY, USING DURABLE SIGNS. IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO
 REMOVE OR DEFACE SUCH NOTICES.

 LADDER. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH :
 2014 FBC-B ? 1509.6.4 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES ON ROOFS
 OR ELEVATED STRUCTURES.
 2. LADDERS SHALL HAVE RUNG SPACING NOT TO EXCEED 14
 INCHES (356 MM) ON CENTER.
 3. LADDERS SHALL HAVE A TOE SPACING NOT LESS THAN
 6-INCHES (152 MM) DEEP.
 4. THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES (457 MM)
 BETWEEN RAILS.
 5. RUNGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 0.75-INCH (19 MM)
 DIAMETER AND BE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING A 300-POUND

 STORAGE AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR
 THIS AREA AND THE OCCUPANT LOAD TO SEE IF THE PLATFORM
 LIFT HAS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY 206.7 .3 FOR NEW BUILDINGS. PLEASE ALSO
 SUPPLY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE PLATFORM LIFT SHALL

 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS TO BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS PLEASE
 DO SO WITHIN THE WRITTEN NARRATIVE RESPONSE.
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE

 10) THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS DO NOT PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING
 DETAILS FOR THE ROOF TOP CURBS REQUIRED FOR THE ROOFTOP
 EXHAUST FANS, NOR DOES THE MECHANICAL PLANS. FOR ALL
 ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR A/C STANDS, DETAILED
 ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL AS FROM
 THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE. 2014
 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS?
  
 11A) SHEET M2.1 KEY NOTE 1 INDICATES THE 2 A/C
 CONDENSING UNITS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ON THE ROOF BUT NO
 LOCATION IS PROVIDED. SHEET A-2.01 SHOWS THE ROOF HATCH
 WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE ROOF LINE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH: 1013.7 ROOF ACCESS.
 GUARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED WHERE THE ROOF HATCH OPENING
 IS LOCATED WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF A ROOF EDGE OR
 OPEN SIDE OF A WALKING SURFACE AND SUCH EDGE OR OPEN
 SIDE IS LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, ROOF OR GRADE BELOW. THE GUARD SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO PREVENT THE PASSAGE OF A SPHERE 21
