 IS THAT TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION IN WHICH THE EXTERIOR
 WALLS ARE OF NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS AND THE INTERIOR
 BUILDING ELEMENTS ARE OF ANY MATERIAL PERMITTED BY THIS
 CODE. FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED WOOD FRAMING COMPLYING
 WITH SECTION 2303.2 SHALL BE PERMITTED WITHIN EXTERIOR
 WALL ASSEMBLIES OF A 2-HOUR RATING OR LESS.
  
 2) A SURVEY IS PROVIDED FOR THE LOT THIS BUILDING IS TO
 BE BUILT UPON, BUT THERE IS NO PROPOSED BUILDING ON THE

 MECHANICAL SHEET M1 DOES NOT SHOW EITHER THE DUCTS
 PENETRATING THE CORRIDOR CEILING WITH FIRE DAMPERS.
 DEPENDING WHERE THE MAIN TRUNK LINE IS PLACED IF ABOVE
 IN THE ATTIC OR BELOW A RATED CORRIDOR CEILING EITHER
 CEILING DAMPERS WILL BE REQUIRED OR FIRE DAMPERS IN THE
 CORRIDOR WALLS. SEE FBC-B 717.5.4.1 CORRIDORS. A LISTED
 SMOKE DAMPER DESIGNED TO RESIST THE PASSAGE OF SMOKE

 SECTION OF EXTERIOR WALL AND FOUNDATION. SHEET A5 THE
 PERIMTETER FOUNDATION IS INDICATED AS 18 IN. WIDE X
 16IN. DEEP. PLEASE SEE SHEET A3 DETAIL # 14. THE FINISH
 FLOOR IS SHOWN AT ELE. 0-0 FT. THE BOTTOM SILL PLATE IS
 RECESSED, THE DIMINSION NOT GIVEN. THE STUCCO SIDING
 AND SUB-SHEATHING STOP ABOVE THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE
 BOTTOM SILL PLATE NOT PROVIDING PROTECTION AGAINST THE
 WEATHER AND PROMOTING ROT. THE 2012 ICC-B CODE
 COMMENTARY 2304.11.2.6 ON THIS SECTION INDICATES THE
 STUCCO AND SHEATHING SHOULD EXTEND AT LEAST 1 INCH
 BELOW THE TOP OF THE FOUNDATION. THEN THE 6 INCH
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE STUCCO AND SUB-SHEATHING TO
 EXPOSED GRADE SHOLD OCCUR. SECTION 1809.4 OF THE 2014
 FBC-B REQUIRES THE FOUNDATION TO BE A MINIMUM OF 12
 INCHES BELOW GRADE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FOUNDATION. THE
 VERTICAL DIMENSION OF THE FOUNDATION NEEDS TO BE
 INCREASED TO MEET ALL OF THESE CODE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 7) SHEET A3 DETAIL 14 ALSO INDICATES THE USE OF STUCCO
 AND THE USE OF WIRE LATH. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-B 2510.6 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION 1404.2 AND, WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED
 SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE A WATER-RESISTIVE
 VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A PERFORMANCE AT LEAST
 EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF GRADE D PAPER. THE
 INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED INDEPENDENTLY SUCH
 THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE CONTINUOUS PLANE
 AND ANY FLASHING (INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1405.4) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO THE WATER-RESISTIVE
 BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE LAYERS.
  
 8) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. SHEET A2.2 THE ELEVATIONS
 SHOWS A 2FT OVERHANG FOR THE ROOF TRUSSES WHEREAS SHEET
 A3 DETAIL 14 SHOWS ONLY A 1FT. 4 IN. OVERHANG. SHEET
 A-6 (SHOWN AS A-4) THE TRUSS LAYOUT SHEET DOES NOT SHOW
 ANY DIMENSION AS FAR AS WHAT THE OVERHANG SHOULD BE?

 9) SHEET A-6 (SHOWN AS A-4) THE TRUSS LAYOUT SHEET
 SHOWS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A 2 FT. OVERHANG ON THE GABLE
 END WALLS, THIS DETAIL MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE A DROPPED
 GABLE END. PLEASE NOTE THIS TYPE OF LATTER TYPE
 OVERHANG IS USSUALLY FOUND ON TRUSS OVERHANGS OF 12
 INCHES. THE WOOD WOOD TRUSSES SHALL BE DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2303.4.
  
 2303.4.2 TRUSS PLACEMENT DIAGRAM. THE TRUSS
 MANUFACTURER SHALL PROVIDE A TRUSS PLACEMENT DIAGRAM
 THAT IDENTIFIES THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR EACH
 INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNATED TRUSS AND REFERENCES THE
 CORRESPONDING TRUSS DESIGN DRAWING. THE TRUSS PLACEMENT
 DIAGRAM SHALL BE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE TRUSS
 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE, AND WITH THE SHIPMENT OF TRUSSES
 DELIVERED TO THE JOB SITE. TRUSS PLACEMENT DIAGRAMS
 THAT SERVE ONLY AS A GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION AND DO NOT
 DEVIATE FROM THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL DRAWINGS SHALL NOT BE
 REQUIRED TO BEAR THE SEAL OR SIGNATURE OF THE TRUSS
 DESIGNER.
  
 2303.4.3 TRUSS SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. THE TRUSS SUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE PROVIDED BY THE TRUSS MANUFACTURER SHALL
 CONSIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL TRUSS DESIGN DRAWING, THE
 TRUSS PLACEMENT DIAGRAM, THE PERMANENT INDIVIDUAL TRUSS
 MEMBER RESTRAINT/BRACING METHOD AND DETAILS AND ANY
 OTHER STRUCTURAL DETAILS GERMANE TO THE TRUSSES; AND,
 AS APPLICABLE, THE COVER/TRUSS INDEX SHEET.
  
 10) PLEASE NOTE SHEET A2.1 AND A4 BOTH SHOW THIS
 STRUCTURE HAVING A GABLE END ON BOTH ENDS OF THE
 BUILDING. THERE ARE NO DETAILS ON SHEET A4 FOR THE
 GABLE END WALL BRACING OF THE TOP CORD, END TRUSS WALL
 TO THE BOTTOM CORD OF TRUSSES BEING TRANSFERRED INTO
 THE WOOD FRAME BEARING WALL. FBC-B 2308.3.2.2. WHERE
 ROOF TRUSSES ARE USED AND ARE INSTALLED PERPENDICULAR
 TO AN EXTERIOR BRACED WALL LINE, LATERAL FORCES SHALL
 BE TRANSFERRED FROM THE ROOF DIAPHRAGM TO THE BRACED
 WALL OVER THE FULL LENGTH OF THE BRACED WALL LINE BY
 BLOCKING OF THE ENDS OF THE TRUSSES OR BY OTHER
 APPROVED METHODS PROVIDING EQUIVALENT LATERAL FORCE
 TRANSFER. BLOCKING SHALL BE MINIMUM 2 INCHES (51 MM)
 NOMINAL THICKNESS AND SHALL EXTEND TO WITHIN 2 INCHES
 (51 MM) FROM THE ROOF SHEATHING ABOVE AND SHALL BE
 FASTENED TO THE BRACED WALL LINE TOP PLATE AS SPECIFIED
 IN TABLE 2304.9.1, ITEM 11. NOTCHING OR DRILLING OF
 HOLES IN BLOCKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF SECTION 2308.8.2 OR SECTION 2308.10.4.2 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.
  
 11) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS SHEET A2.1 SHOWS WALL AND ROOF
 ZONES PRESSURES FOR ZONES 1-5. THE CHART DOES NOT
 INDICATE IF THERE PRESSURES ARE IN VULT OR VASD. PLEASE
 ALSO REVIEW PRESSURES FOUND ON A-5 DETAIL 3 THE DETAIL
 SHOWS A HIP ROOF NOT A GABLE ROOF. THE PRESSURES FOR
 ZONES 2 AND 3 ARE THE SAME, THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR A
 GABLE ROOF!!! 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
