 BELOW PLEASE FIND A LIST OF REQUIRED CORRECTIONS.
 ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED AFTER REVIEW OF
 SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS. ITEMS 2 & 3 BELOW CAN BE

 1. MARK ON THE PLANS THE LOCATION OF ALL HVAC EQUIPMENT
 AS WELL AS THE WASHER AND DRYERS.
 2. FBC-R4002.9 NEC 406.9(B) RECEPTACLES IN WET
 LOCATIONS. 15 AND 20 AMPERE, 125 AND 250 VOLT
 RECEPTACLES INSTALLED IN A WET LOCATION SHALL HAVE AN
 ENCLOSURE THAT IS WEATHERPROOF WHETHER OR NOT THE
 ATTACHMENT PLUG CAP IS INSERTED. ALL 15 AND 20 AMPERE,
 125 AND 250 VOLT NONLOCKING RECEPTACLES SHALL BE LISTED
 WEATHER-RESISTANT TYPE ?WR?.
 3. FBC-ER404.1: A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE LAMPS IN
 PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE
 HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS OR A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE
 PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL CONTAIN
 ONLY HIGH EFFICIENCY LAMPS.
 4. THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SUFFICIENT LIGHT IN THE
 ELEVATOR LOBBY AREA OF THE 2ND FLOOR.
 5. CLARIFY THE AHU 1 & 2 VS. A/C 1-3 AND INCLUDE THEM
 ALL IN THE ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCS.
 6. FBC-RE3901.4.4/NEC 210.52(C)(4) SEPARATE SPACES:
 COUNTERTOP SPACES SEPARATED BY RANGE TOPS,
 REFRIGERATORS, OR SINKS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS SEPARATE
 COUNTERTOP SPACES IN APPLYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 CODE. WHERE A RANGE, COUNTER-MOUNTED COOKING UNIT, OR
 SINK IS INSTALLED IN AN ISLAND OR PENINSULAR COUNTERTOP
 AND THE DEPTH OF THE COUNTERTOP BEHIND THE RANGE,
 COUNTER-MOUNTED COOKING UNIT, OR SINK IS LESS THAN 12
 INCHES (305 MM), THE RANGE, COUNTER-MOUNTED COOKING
 UNIT, OR SINK HAS DIVIDED THE COUNTERTOP SPACE INTO TWO
 SEPARATE COUNTERTOP SPACES AS DEFINED IN SECTION
 E3901.4.4. EACH SEPARATE COUNTERTOP SPACE SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
 THEREFORE AN OUTLET IS MISSING IN THE SUMMER KITCHEN
 ISLAND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SINK.
 7. FBC-RE3901.2.1/NEC 210.52 (A)(1) SPACING.
 RECEPTACLES SHALL BE INSTALLED SUCH THAT NO POINT
 MEASURED HORIZONTALLY ALONG THE FLOOR LINE IN ANY WALL
 SPACE IS MORE THAN 6 FT. FROM A RECEPTACLE OUTLET. THIS
 INCLUDES THE DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE OF THE WALL.
 THEREFORE, YOU SHALL ADD OR RELOCATE THE EXISTING
 OUTLETS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, GREAT ROOM ADJACENT TO
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS TO COMPLY. ADD MISSING OUTLET
 IN BOTH THE STUDY AND DINNING TO COMPLY.
 8. FBC-RE3901.6/NEC 210.52(D) BATHROOMS. IN DWELLING
 UNITS, AT LEAST ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN BATHROOMS WITHIN 3 FT. OF THE OUTSIDE EDGE
 OF EACH BASIN. RELOCATE THE MARKED OR ADD A NEW OUTLET
 IN HER BATH TO COMPLY.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
 GREATLY APPRECIATED.
