 APPLICATION. THE SITE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION: NORTH ARROW AND A GRAPHIC SCALE; VICINITY
 MAP SHOWING THE PROPERTY IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE
 SURROUNDING AREA; BUILDING FOOTPRINT(S) OF ALL NEW AND
 EXISTING STRUCTURES SHOWING SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPERTY LINES; DRIVEWAYS AND CURB
 CUTS AND MEANS OF VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO
 AND FROM THE SITE; LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF ALL
 PERIMETER TREATMENT (I.E. SIDEWALKS, FENCES, WALLS,
 ETC.); DATA TABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 EXISTING/PROPOSED LAND USE; TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT;
 GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE; PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPING, BUILDING COVERAGE AND IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES; PARKING COMPUTATIONS; SETBACK REQUIREMENTS
 (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED). [REPEAT COMMENT FROM 4/12/16]
  
 2.) STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 BALCONIES, EAVES AND ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN 3 FT. INTO ANY SETBACK. [ZLDR
