 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TWO
 BUILDINGS EXTENDS INTO THE REQUIRED FIVE (5) FOOT SIDE
 SETBACK, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. IN ORDER TO CONNECT
 THE TWO BUILDINGS, A RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE IS
 REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE PROPERTY LINE AND THUS THE
 REQUIRED SETBACK ALONG WHAT IS CURRENTLY THE SHARED
 PROPERTY LINE. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A RECORDED COPY
 OF THE COMPLETED UNITY OF TITLE PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE PERMIT PACKAGE INCLUDES A
 PROPOSED SITE PLAN THAT RECONFIGURES THE EXISTING
 PARKING LOT. THE PARKING LOT WORK REQUIRES PARKING LOT
 PERMIT, WHICH SHALL BE SUBMITTED, WITH PLANS, FOR TO
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF
 THIS BUILDING PERMIT - NO PERMIT CURRENTLY SUBMITTED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY HAS NOT PERMIT RECORD OF THE
 REMOVAL OF THE WALL AND THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TWO
 PROPERTIES, THUS IT APPEARS THAT THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT
 A PERMIT. A PERMIT FOR THIS WORK SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THE FINAL (104) INSPECTION, THE PARKING
 SHALL BE RESTRIPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY CODE
 REQUIREMENTS AND THE DUMPSTER SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN
 AN ENCLOSURE. BOTH THE STRIPING AND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 REQUIRE BUILDING PERMITS.
  
 4) REVISED COMMENT: THE DEMOLITION PLAN SHOWS THE
 PLANTER WITH EXISTING FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE PLANTING
 BEING REMOVED. SINCE THE BUILDING IS CURRENTLY
 DEFICIENT IN THE AMOUNT OF REQUIRED FOUNDATION
 LANDSCAPE PLANTING, IT MAY NOT BE REMOVED UNLESS THE
 SAME, OR MORE, FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE PLANTING IS
 REPLACED. FOUNDATION PLANTINGS SHALL BE ADJACENT TO THE
 BUILDING. THE MAJORITY OF THE 63 SQUARE FEET OF
 REPLACEMENT LANDSCAPE IS NOT ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING
 AND THUS MAY NOT BE COUNTED TOWARD REPLACING THE
 FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 5) THE ENTIRE SITE IS DEFICIENT OF LANDSCAPE SO
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED THAT THE REMOVAL OF THE
 LANDSCAPE ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING, PLUS THE LANDSCAPE
 REMOVED AT THE WALL PASS THROUGH IN THE PARKING LOT
 HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH THE SAME OR MORE LANDSCAPE ON
 THE SITE.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. PARKING LOT
 B. LANDSCAPE
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 E. AWNINGS
