| SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL |
| BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO |
| CONFORMITY. THE LANDSCAPE WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR |
| TO A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING. NO |
| LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. |

| 6) STAFF SUGGESTS REVIEWING THE OPTION OF REMOVING THE |
| POWER POLES AND BURYING THE UTILITY LINES AS THIS WILL |
| IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF THE SITE. IT APPEARS EACH |
| POLE ONLY SERVES ONE OF THE BUILDINGS. ANOTHER OPTION |
| MAY BE TO CONSOLIDATE THE SERVICES ON ONE POLE. |
