 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL

 OCCUPANCY. THE PLANS SUBMITTED INDICATE THE KITCHEN 278
 SQ. FT./ 300= 1 NET. FBC-B TABLE 1004.1,2, COMMERCIAL
 KITCHENS ARE TO BE TAKEN AT 200 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT. THE
 A-2 ASSEMBLY AREA IS 577 SQ. FT./ 15= 39 OCCUPANTS. 39

 THIS REVIEW A SITE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED SHOW A DECK, 2
 PERGOLAS BUT AGAIN NO OUTSIDE SEASONAL SEATING THAT MAY
 MAKE THIS AN A2 OCCUPANCY.
 SEE 2014 FBC-B 303.1.1 SMALL BUILDINGS AND TENANT
 SPACES. A BUILDING OR TENANT SPACE USED FOR ASSEMBLY
 PURPOSES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS THAN 50 PERSONS
 SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP B OCCUPANCY.
  
 1B) NEW COMMENT THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES UNDER
 THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK, PERGOLAS, WATER FOUNTAIN AND
 LANDSCAPING. UNDER THIS REVIEW SHEET 5OF 6 A SITE PLAN
 DOES INDICATE THESE ELEMENTS IN THE CONCEPT DRAWINGS.
 PLEASE NOTE NO ADDITIONAL PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED FOR
 ANY OF THESE ELEMENTS. EACH OF THESE ELEMENTS WILL
