 1- ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THE REAR LIVING AREA IS NOT A LIVING
 AREA BUT AND ENCLOSED PORCH. I BELIEVE THAT'S WHY THE
 REVISION TO REMOVE THE A/C DUCT TO THIS AREA WAS
 SUBMITTED. PLEASE REVISE PLANS IDENTIFYING THIS ROOM AS
 ENCLOSED PORCH NOT LIVING AREA. ON THE OTHER HAND,
 REVISIONS COULD BE DONE TO CONVERT THIS AREA TO LIVING
 SPACE AND PLANS WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS AND COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
